G. D.When I took out my unit I thought 1 month and I'll be out. 4 months later still there. The staff, especially Sarah, at Storage vault couldnt have been nicer to me during my stay and my endless extensions. Definitely worth considering as a first choice if you need storage.
M. F.Heather and all staff were always really helpful and friendly, although I did find it difficult on a few occasions to get through to the branch on the phone but we always got there. Access was decent and the facility generally felt pretty secure. The storage itself was fine, although I felt the corridors and doors inside hadn't been thought out very well. Doors that swing both ways and not right at a corner would have made moving bigger items a lot easier. Prices were fine to begin with, but after the initial discount period were more than I'd have expected to pay, and were if I had been looking at longer term storage I'd have been likely to choose somewhere else.

Even although I gave them very short notice, the agent Beth spent her evening setting up my account etc ready for the next morning.
Beth was helpful, very polite and efficient.

They offered refreshments while we were waiting for the van to load/unload and everyone was generally very accommodating. The place was very clean also and we would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be our first choice next time we need to use storage :)
K.Definitely recommend for storage, location extremely good as still in the city with a subway stop very very close, but you can get here cheaply by stuffing a taxi with your stuff as well.
Staff friendly and helpful, had no problem communicating and explained well how to get in and out of the place. Useful elevator for items as well as a pulley for them when transporting inside. I rented a 10spft unit for student stuff like kitchen utensils, lots of clothes, bedding and a mattress topper and the place is very tall, not even half filled.
