Jay and his team made the move for my Dad incredibly easy which was so appreciated. The team were incredibly courteous, efficient and able. They fitted in with our timescales and were incredibly quick to respond when they were needed. Jay made sure that I knew exactly what was going to happen when and kept in touch lots. We used We Luv Removals for a fairly last-minute full house move in west Glasgow. Jay was really helpful and responsive throughout on the phone booking dates, and dropping off/picking up boxes. John did a great job packing up the flat a couple of days before the move while I was heavily pregnant so couldn’t do as much. Then the team worked hard on the morning of the move packing their vans, and in the afternoon unpacking into the new house. The whole team were efficient and really friendly. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I can’t praise Jay and his teams enough. He completed our move from Edinburgh to Yorkshire completely on our schedule, going out of his way to help us. We really needed to have collection from our flat and drop off at the new house on one day which Jay sorted for us. He also arranged for collection of stored stuff from a lockup with no hassle. Everything was easy from initial inventory and a quick video of our flat to arranging the finer details and moving on the day. Michael and John’s teams who did the moving for us were great, really professional and courteous and took great care of our belongings. We wasted a lot of time with other companies before finding We Luv Removals and only a last minute cash saved us hundreds of pounds for this great service. Don’t bother searching around for the best service and price, just come to these guys. We certainly weren’t disappointed and will be recommending to everyone!! Thank you!!

From initial contact Jay and team were really responsive making sure everything was in place. John and the removal crew arrived prompt and couldn’t have done a better job! This was a wonderful experience. They were very attentive, no damage at all to everything that was moved. Everything was moved in one morning no issues or complications. The staff were very nice, and delivered everything to the respective rooms. We moved from a 3rd floor flat with no lift to a house and this was not an issue at all, all done in less than 3h. I would highly recommend this company! From the first phone call till after we had finished the move, Jay and his team were absolutely exemplary! Jay was always available on the end of the mobile nothing was ever a problem and he went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible. The four guys that came to move the stuff were brilliant. They were on time and they did not stop working at full pace until everything was done. Booked this company to help me move my belongings to a temporary property ahead of my actual house move. They turned up on time and were very quick and efficient in moving my storage boxes and furniture. They were considerate and careful when moving my items which I had highlighted as delicate i.e. large TV, which they even bubble wrapped and placed in their own box, as I no longer had mine. Overall a very positive experience, during what is always a very stressful time. Jay and his team were so professional, friendly and gave great advice right from the first time we contacted them, to even returning the day after our move as they had found 2 screws in the back of the van. We couldn’t believe how quickly and efficiently they packed and unpacked the vans and their reassembly of our furniture was probably better than they were before they had been dismantled. We had delays getting our keys and this could have been even more stressful had they not been so patient and reassuring. Totally recommend, worth every penny.

The operatives provided a very high quality service. This included, on discovering at my storage unit, that some flood damage had occurred. They took photos and advised the unit manager. Very good communication throughout the process. Clear about costs and services however actually exceeded expectations as the move was a little complicated as some things being left behind. This was a three story house ( townhouse ) so a lot of stairs and multiple boxes in addition to some furniture. The men were positive and polite but with good humour. They kept good confidentiality that was appreciated by the home owner. Good communication also with onward address at a storage unit in another country. Absolutely deserve their five star ratings.

My partner and I required removal services and found We Luv Removals via comparemymove.com. We had been contacted by both Jay and a female (apologies, I have forgotten your name!), and both very professional throughout. They were both always contactable, and we were made to feel at ease throughout and nothing was ever too much hassle. We revised the list of items we were bringing a few times and each time we were provided with an amended list to review and again, there was never any issue. On the day, Paul and Derek arrived in the van to pick our stuff right on time and right from the off they were both very professional and friendly and this put at ease. Moving can be very stressful and my partner was worked up but even she commented on how relaxed she was knowing everything was taken care of. Paul and Derek were chatting away as they moved everything and nothing was too much bother, nothing seemed to phase them as they went about the job. There are no marks left on the walls from when they were moving stuff out, and everything was done quickly and efficiently - hats off to them because we lived in a 3 floored townhouse with narrow staircases. If you are moving you should absolutely trust these guys to do it for you, I would definitely recommend based on the experience start to finish and I am 100% satisfied as a customer.

This is my first public review ever I did contact Naved to help me for picking a double bed with very short notice (the other removal,s team let me down) He arrived within half an hour on Friday evening when he realised I was about to move in an unfurnished flat without any beds Waited patiently for the owner of the bed to arrive, dismantled the bed in to time and drove me back home The owner of the bed also gave some spare furniture which I wanted to take and Naved did not object nor charged me any extra I feel humbled that we agreed to a a very reasonable amount but when I got to handing the cash after the job he took less 😊 What a humble, respectful, reasonable and hard working bloke I am so relieved that I have a bed to sleep on tonight and Naved you are a SUPERSTAR I move around quite often and given they do removals countrywide I definitely know where to go Thank you ever so much You need a Payrise 😃

After my uncle had such a smooth experience with this company during his move from Edinburgh to London, he highly recommended I utilise this service for my home shift from Bradford to Glasgow and boy oh boy, I was not disappointed. From the initial phone call for a quote, Naveed was extremely warm, welcoming, jolly and easy to talk to. I have never talked to this man before in my life, however, his professional yet homely approach makes you feel as if he truly values you not just as a customer, but as a true friend. I could not make it on the day of removal to my home in Bradford as I was in Glasgow, however, with little to none supervision, he filled the entire van with all my items with soo much ease that my friend (who opened the door for them) said he made it look easy and he was certain that he would require two trips back and forth to complete the removal, but packed the van like a professional tetris player and used every nuke of space available in a safe manner ensuring nothing was damaged. During the removal I can confidently say that no items were damaged in transit due to neglect or mismanagement. I was kept informed the entire way via message and phone call of the arrival times, progress, drop off times etc and to be fair, his timings were to the dot! I dare say, I miscalculated how many items I had during the move and undercounted! But Naveed packed everything regardless! I have heard of horror stories of companies leaving behind items because they were not declared originally. Under no circumstances did I mean this and it was completely my error and I disrecommend anybody doing this, but I feel I need to mention his friendly approach to my miscalculation and the fact he accomodated me when, frankly speaking, he wasn't obliged to. On arrival to the new house, he took me to the side, mentioned to me quietly what had happened in privacy, and we agreed in a reasonable price increase and that was the matter sorted. He placed all items in the rooms I required and even stored my not needed items in the garden shed. From start to finish it was such a smooth process that I can not thank him enough. A friend was moving recently and I recommend Naveed. Anybody who is looking to shift houses etc should DEFINITELY check this company out and see what other services they provide too. I even got Naveed to collect my bed for me from Birmingham and drop to Glasgow. It hasn't even been a month yet and I've used him twice already. His service is consistent and only seems to improve. As a person, he will treat all your items with due care and treat you as a person with utnose respect. His banter is contagious and his professionalism sets the bar high for everyone. My prayer for him is that his company brings him and his while family immense success and happiness.
