I've moved house several times and it's always rather stressful trying to do it yourself with cars and vans with help from friends and family. This time we decided to use a removals service. Having lived in Stroud my entire life I've often seen the Five Valleys vans driving around so we booked them to help us with our house move last week. The whole process was simple, efficient and stress free. The two removals drivers were very attentive, careful with our belongings and above all friendly. The arrived promptly and had everything from our two-bed house loaded onto their vans in just over an hour. We were only moving 30 minutes away and unloading at the other end was just as efficient. This meant that by they time they had unloaded it wasn't even lunchtime. A great local firm that I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a removals company.

Absolutely brilliant removers! Quoted and booked a long time before move, included packing and moving garden too. Our move was meant to happen midday Wednesday. Packing started Monday. By Tuesday lunchtime most of our furniture and items were boxed and gone! To the extent that they would have only been coming back on Wednesday for the stuff we needed overnight. So we let them take everything and went into a hotel for a night. They told us to call when we had access to the new house. Wednesday came we got early access and before we knew it they were there and unpacking! Finished off on Thursday but all done. In the packing if you put something down they were so quick that it got packed!! Absolutely brilliant crews they took all the stress out of moving. Even to picking up boxes, no stress, just let us know when you want some picked up. It's the second time we have used 5 Valleys and on both occasions they have been fantastic. Thanks a lot!!

We used Five Valleys many years ago and were so impressed with them we used them again recently. They collected our things, stored them for several months and then moved them from Stroud to Manchester. They were always very professional and really fast. We were always given times of when they would arrive and they turned up very promptly. Nothing was broken or lost and they even disposed of some things that we no longer wanted. We moved house plus 2 businesses in November 2020 from Cheltenham to Devon and entrusted the job to 5 Valleys. We were concerned considering what was involved that there would be issues as you would expect but we ended up with the slickest most seamless move ever!! Everyone involved treated our stuff as if they were handling there own gear and nothing broken, scratched or dented !! This turned out to be a fantastic experience for my wife and I plus if we get our planned move to Cornwall in two years time I will willingly pay the extra to get them down here to do it. Excellent service. Damien and his team were absolute superstars providing such a quick and efficient service when removing items from my mother's house. They made what was quite a stressful time for her, so easy and the team were so helpful and friendly. We used their storage facility for a number of months too and all items were delivered swiftly when needed, nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication throughout was brilliant from initial quotes through to delivery of items at the new address a number of months later. We were really impressed. Swift, efficient service.
