Recently used Andrews removals when I moved home, having used them before. They were professional, helpful and patient when waiting for the keys for my new property to move into. They took down old furniture and put it back up in the new property. Also placed items in new rooms thinking through the new layout and not just putting anywhere. Highly recommend really made moving that less stressful. Won’t be moving anytime soon, but would definitely use them again.

This company moved my mother's household from Gloucester to Telford earlier this year. They were downright excellent. To keep the move short they did it in one day and turned up on the button at 7.00am. They were quick, efficient and the three guys who came to do the job were professionals to their fingertips - they knew exactly what they were doing. The house was empty and everything was loaded neatly onto the lorry within 2.5 hours. When done they set off to Telford and unloaded even though thick snow had begun to fall- and they did it without let-up, taking pains to make sure that every piece of furniture was exactly where we wanted it. They were not the cheapest quote, being a bit more expensive that the others we got, but we had a feeling that they were quality so chose them- and that feeling was right. No breakages at all, strong work ethic on display at all times, brilliant service - you could not do better. I recommend them without any reservations whatsoever- a superb removal company and you will find no better.

We are a return customer because to do anything else, or go anywhere else, was simply not a sensible option. The Andrews guys deliver a top-notch, efficient, friendly and highly professional service. What others might achieve with 'a man with van' would take five times as long with a higher risk of damage. Andrews are extremely reliable and they make light of what would have been your hard work, taking the stress out of your move and giving you complete trust that the job will be done within budget to a high standard. What really got me on the big day was the smiles and kind words the guys gave me during what was a very difficult and emotional time for us; whilst I saw my late dad’s items loaded into the van and, with tears in my eyes I pleaded for them to take care, they had the heart to give me the time to be human, and offered me assurances that the items will be ok, which of course they were. Using Andrews is a complete ‘no-brainier’. And I absolutely promise this is a genuine recommendation; I love good value for money and superb customer service, and on that basis Andrews are worth their weight in gold.
