How anyone can have a bad word to say about Bob and his family run business is beyond me. They were nothing but kind and professional from start to finish. I wish more businesses were run this way, good, honest, brilliant customer service. We were always welcome and greeted with a smile and a wave. Our things were kept safe and with stored with care. When it came to leaving they gave us money back for the dates we'd paid for that we didn't need - no other company would do this. They were just wonderful and I would recommend Gloucester self storage to everyone!!

I was told to go grab some boxes and found this place, it's setup appears like you have stepped into a time machine and came out in the 1930s but don't take this as a bad thing ... it isn't, the staff are super amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. They still rely on good old fashioned paper and ink for paper work. Would I go back again? For sure! The young member of staff knew his stuff, he was quick and has a great future ahead of him. Keep up the great work.

This family run business provided fantastic service, when we needed storage initially when we had building work planned. They also came to our assistance when we needed to move our belongings urgently. They provided useful advice of what storage was available and what we really needed. Not sure which storage facility those who gave 1* were using but it is different experience from the one I had. Always very courteous, humorous and extremely helpful, they could not have done more when we came to collect and empty the storage container. It was all ready and positioned so that I could back straight onto it. We only originally needed storage for 6 months but ended up leaving it there for almost 4 years to the day. The contents, especially the mattress and bedding, looked as if it had been put in the day before, all in perfect condition. More than happy with the price, I would definitely use again and recommend. Many thanks for everything, much appreciated. Jim Padden

As a business owner, I have used several different storage companies in Gloucester over the past couple of years. I don't believe in putting all my eggs in one basket and so use various storage companies at any one time! I use a lot of storage. I have received the best service and some great offers and prices from Bob, Simon and Alex at Gloucester Self Storage. They are my favourite storage company in Gloucester. I don't usually like review sites as they attract disaffected people (keyboard warriors) with an axe to grind, but following a recent occasion where I needed storage at very short notice, they couldn't have gone out of their way more.
