Very clean and efficient operation. All of the staff are polite and professional. I was particularly impressed with the way the refund policy works when cancelling mid month. I too would like to see a way to access storage 24/7

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I use the storage for work advertising material and often receive a delivery directly to the site which is a big bonus for me, upon delivery someone kindly contacts me to let me know that it has arrived. Great price too.

I can't recommend this facility enough. We were moving house and at the last moment (10mins before the premises closed for the day) had to arrange temporary storage with access required from as early as possible the next day. Gervais turned our request around very, very swiftly and made it all very easy for us. Gervais and his team have a tip top operation at Gloucester and couldn't be more welcoming, helpful or informative. We will be returning for any future requirements without a doubt. We have used various storage facilities over the last 10 years and this is the best we've worked with.

Excellent service. Open when you need them and staff are lovely. The price is very competitive. Recommend them all day long. I would recommend that if you have contents insurance outside your home then use it as opposed to the insurance with the service. Especiallyfor house move stuff. Very secure place.

Have been meaning to do a review sooner. Have been with these guys for months now and honestly cannot fault the staff, always cleaning which considering the current times is a big comfort to know that they work hard to provide a safe and friendly atmosphere for customers while being always on hand for any questions/help. Ideally located (for us) storage building with friendly staff and a good introductory rate. I've had 0 issues and if I needed storage again I wouldn't think twice about using. Never been too busy when I've been and the trollies are in good working order etc. The only issue which didn't really affect us was the opening times, short days on weekends and typical opening hours during the week.

Really chatty, professional, polite and helpful staff. Facilities are modern and well kept. Prices are competitive to other storage in the area. Only slight downside is that facility isn't 24 hour access. Only accessible in business hours. Upside to that is, it's secure out of hours.

I don’t normally leave reviews but after seeing such a bad one on here, wanted to leave my experience. The staff have always been really helpful, welcoming and polite, they come to open the loading/dropping off doors when you pull up before even being asked. It’s a great price and great service, they are doing well with the difficulty of Covid-19 practices. Hope to be using this storage facility for a long time!

Took 700 sq feet of temporary storage here from March, fantastic customer service and gave us options that we simply couldn't get from other providers, open shared storage, free forklift support to offload pallets, really flexible to adding more area as we required and continued advice on the options available to us. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others and will use again if the need arises

Having moved from another storage supplier, was curious to experience the Lok'nStore process. Smart, courteous and helpful. Even made us a coffee as we were moving in (Pre-COVID). All the team at the Gloucester store have been supporting and assist where they can. Even when some customers simply refuse to wear face masks, even when repeatedly asked.
