I can’t recommend Simon Long Removals highly enough. From my first contact for a quote to removal, storage and finally delivery of my possessions the whole team at Simon Long were fantastic. Quote was extremely competitive (almost £1000 cheaper than others in some cases - this was for a move to Scotland from Gloucester). The removals men turned up early and were done within 3 hours. My partner took delivery in Scotland and said the men were friendly and helpful. Again, they turned up on time, called my partner when they were an hour away to allow him time to leave work and get to the house. They were there maybe 2-2.5 hours. All our possessions were packed extremely well with no breakages or damage to anything. Thank you for a wonderful service.

Amazing service from start to finish. Friendly and professional the entire time which gave a stress free move. Good value and gave us confidence from the initial quote. They are clear on the costs from the start so no surprise fees or waiting costs on move day.

Simon Long removals were in every sense of the word, amazing. I contacted them on short notice for a house move less than two weeks in advance. This was to include packing of everything left in the house and it turns out it was a two day job. I contacted them via email in the evening and recieved a reply approx 9am the next day. The survey was quick but thorough, and the quote I received was very VERY competitive (and recieved the same day) The day before completion 3 chaps arrived with a lorry and spent the day packing and loading 95% of the house and garage. The next day they came back and finished off the last few items, including dissassembling beds. This left us time to clean and sweep the house without stress. They were on time each step of the way, including arriving at the new property ( also in Gloucester ) just after we did. Unloading was super efficient and they were done in just a few hours, including re-assembling anything they had taken apart (eg the bed) Everyone I dealt with was professional, but also very down to earth and dare I say it, personable! All packaging was provided and damage in transit consisted of one small cheap glass broken ..... absolutely trivial with the amount that was transported. Also, even with all that was moved in there were no dents or scrapes in the new house at all. I cannot recommend them enough. Simon Long removals made a very stressful move ... a LOT less stressful. Thank you to all involved, it was really appreciated! Just make sure you put the kettle on for them! :)
