Excellent experience! We moved house during the pandemic and the potential to move a large amount of items into storage while we sorted the two properties out was perfect. It was easy to book and pay for online, finding our storage unit on the site was easy and the key was ready exactly when I asked for it. The site has full 24 hour security and you must have a PIN number to get into and out of the gates. When it came time to leave my storage after a few months it was easy to give notice online and any unused days from my subscription were refunded back to me directly within a couple of days. An easy and effortless experience and if necessary I would certainly use them again.

Very pleased we decided to store with you. The unit was clean and very dry and well designed. Entry and exit was easy. The site was scrupulously clean. Best of all though were the staff who are friendly, informal and very, very helpful. I used this storage facility back in late 2018 to facilitate a house move. Turning up ad-hoc I was initially confused by the fact that there was no-one on site to talk to. But, it turns out that everything is remotely monitored (which of course means costs are kept down). Telephoning the number at the gate put me through to a sales contact. They confirmed my car and let me through the gate straight away. From here on in it was really straightforward. I said what I was looking for and they verbally guided me to some empty units to look around and confirm suitability. Having settled on a unit, we talked about costs. At the time of purchase they were offering 12 weeks at 50% discount (a timeframe which fitted perfectly for me), so it ended up being *exceptionally* competitive. I paid over the phone, but I expect it is possible online as well. You then get your pin-code for opening the entry and exit gates, and of course your very own personal lock for the unit. Speaking of which, "Hidden costs" I had to buy the lock (which you get to keep should you ever use them again) for around 13 quid from memory. There was then a 1 pound a month per 1000 pounds of insurance cost. Not super-hidden costs by any stretch, but worth bearing in mind if you are storing anything valuable. I really liked the 24 hour access (because, with no-one physically on site, why not?) and I liked the units themselves which were simple, but very effectively arranged. Only thing I didn't like, and it's very minor, is that there is no catch or latch to keep the door open when it was windy. I ended up keeping a stick in the unit to prop the door open when required. Another major plus point was that it was easy to cancel as well, no crazy retention pitch. Overall, a really good experience and certainly made things easier. Four stars simply because of the windy door thing, and the fact that the lock and insurance costs are 'add-ons', but they aren't terribly expensive ones. So don't let that put you off ... I only give a five star review if there's absolutely nothing that could be improved IMHO ! :) I really would recommend them!

This was easy to book, when I contacted them they were really helpful. the facility is simple to access the storage facility is clean and dry, the security cameras all over keeping the place observed. I used a unit for 7 months and everything was fine when collected. Simple process to check out, final statement took off any overpaid weeks and returned the money, a really good experience, the first time I have ever used storage.

We used this storage centre for just 5 weeks while we moved into rented while we waited to complete on our new home. It was so easy to set up and amazing prices compared to other units in the area. The whole process of setting up, getting all the paperwork signed, obtaining the unit and code for access was really easy and straight forward and the same when it come to closing the account, 2 weeks notice was all was required to exit it and then was given extra time to clear it out by as was paid up to a certain date. The centre was clean and well looked after and I defiantly felt that our whole life’s processions were safe and secure. Highly recommend to all and would defiantly use again if needed in the future. Great price for the size unit and easily fitted in our whole large 3 bedroom house worth of things. Great service from all I spoke to from the beginning to the end. My partner and I used the UK Storage Company for 7 months whilst we moved her property from Manchester to Gloucester and were looking for somewhere to live in the area. We were given a competitive quote with initial discount for the first 3 months and the whole process was very easy and took the stress out of finding somewhere to store our belongings. The unit we rented was clean and easy to access and the staff were always friendly and helpful when we needed to contact them with a query. When we finally found somewhere to move to, we contacted UK Storage to notify them. Again they were very helpful and the whole process of ending our rental of the storage unit was stress free. As payment had been taken prior to our giving notice, we were only charged for a week that we still needed the storage unit and refunded the difference for 3 weeks which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend the UK Storage Company to anyone wishing to store possessions securely and safely (we managed to get a two bed terrace house worth of property into a 90 sq. ft. unit!!) and at an affordable rate.

Don’t normally publicly review. However, service from web based query to no deposit online booking was perfect. Me and my wife had things stored here for 5 months and I can say I can only recommend this as a solution for other People who are moving home/long term travelling/ or just need to store their furniture and other things. The team was very helpful every time I called them. The access to the storage facilities is easy, instructions that you get are clear and the storage unit we have was clean and well ventilated. Nothing got damp or damaged, all of our furniture survived - even computers and computer screens. Overall great experience, will definitely use these facilities in the future when/if I will need storage unit. Oh and btw the prices are very good, we actually live far away, but even with hiring a van to drive to Gloucester + petrol, the costs were vastly more economical than any other local solution. So you know, if budget is a thing you are considering, you can only win with this company.
