We gave recently booked storage space with Armadillo and found this an easy process. The price is comparable with other companies but storage is inside and more secure. Christina was particularly friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this company.

Great service, bit slow checking in but bearing in mind we had not confirmed our box/quote or filled in the pre arrival forms, was not bad. Lady very helpful. Plenty trolleys to transport goods to second floor (lift available) and good off road parking to off-load bags. Used this place before and would certainly continue using. City centre based.

So far I've been quite happy. I have been storing my stuff there since September 2020 and I can't complain. The staff is ever so helpful, nice and responsive; the place is clean and well maintained. I went there today to have sniff for any damp in my storage room and I could not smell any dampness which is good.

Armadilo is a self storage with 24hr access. Its very clean with great lighting. You can go and leave as many times has you like. It is allso protected by a 24hr security responce company witch is local in the area provided by the protector group based in Newcastle.

John (Manager) and Joe our allocated agent are without doubt the most helpful, professional and friendly staff you could wish for. Joe dealt promptly and sympathetically with my initial request for information as my job creates additional friction being away a lot. He was extremely accommodating and quick to offer advice and guidance. Gaining entry is simple and the wide corridors make using the supplied trollies very easy. Excellent business with staff that go above & beyond.

The storage spaces themselves are all organised with easy access and a free use of trolleys to load your items in. The staff where friendly and helpful. There was a complection with paper work that was all down to them and did cause some problems but they eventually sorted everything out.

Really good storage only thing that spoils it is selfish people using the lock ups ,that park there big vans in the middle of the road when there is plenty of room for them at the edge of road so when we and other people come in our cars or vans and want to get past to get to our lock up we cannot get by .Its just so annoying how these selfish people think its there own personal road js beyond me, just a little bit of forward thinking guys can make a big difference, why block the road when no need to its not rocket science get a grip.
