Excellent service from the start. Sorted out all the details with Lorna at the Ipswich branch who was was very helpful and patient with a first time user of such a service. Despite it being a very busy Saturday when I arrived with my first load, she had all my details ready and spent time to explain the where my unit was and go through the security arrangements etc. The facility was amazingly clean as was my unit and all very well lit. Plenty of trolleys available to help move my stuff in. Overall, top class service and a very happy customer!

The service was superb. After my initial enquiry there was an immediate follow up. They laid out what was on offer and gave clear examples of options and cost. When I arrived at the site for a viewing their representative was extremely pleasant and helpful and offered a range of options for me to choose from. Once I had decided upon the option which suited me best the paper work was very professionally carried out. The security at the venue is impressive with key fob access and CCTV to ensure my goods are safe yet accessible 24/7. I am truly impressed and delighted that I choose this facility.

I aready used Safestore Ipswich as a storage for my work but needed another unit to store my own household items for a short time. Arranging the unit was easy and the staff were really helpful over the phone, while I faffed about trying to decide what size I wanted and how much it would cost. The unit is clean and safe but my favourite thing is how well equipped Safestore Ipswich is for moving items from my car. I can park right next tot the entrance and great trolleys and a spacious lift means that I can bring in 2 flatbed trolley loads at a time. Because the first 8 weeks is half price, and I only need it for 4 weeks, it turns out to be a very affordable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good offer for half price for a small amount of time. Great security and felt all items were safe. Would've given 5 stars but I left two days after monthly payment. Had to pay for the month I left plus two more days. I didn't think the two days were necessary, especially as somebody else was renting the unit after I was still paying for it.

Convenient location with fast easy access off the A14, great team and excellent service. Can't ask for more than that really. The team are easy to deal with and are responsive, makes all the difference. The facility access is literally 2mins off the A14 and has no traffic issues so is quick and easy to use.

Its like leaving your belongings with family. Ipswich safestore has shown some of the best customer care I've seen in my lifetime. And im old!! You are genuinely valued as a customer and treated with care and respect. Mostly having to store your stuff is for stressful reasons, like building work, relationship breakups, home moves; and you want to store with a company that genuinely cares about you and your belongings and help you above and beyond. This is that place. I stored for a year and a half, so had plenty time to get to know these people, and they are truly lovely, but that would be no good without professionalism, and they have buckets of that too! Emails are replied to super fast. Any issues you need help with, they bend over backwards. I don't know about other safestores, but if they do not perform as well as this store they should be training them! There is the obvious great prices, great containers, easy to get too so on, or I wouldn't have stored for a year and a half! But for me, their fantastic customer service was just awe inspiring. What a wonderful world this would be, if all companies operated with this much care and integrity. Thank you so much guys! You made a bad time, much better and you will always have my gratitude. I would go back in a heartbeat if I needed storage again. Good luck with whatever you are thinking of storing!!

Due to lockdown restrictions, our daughter came home suddenly from Uni with all her stuff. We were still trying to renovate our new home and had nowhere to store everything. Luckily, Safestore were able to help straight away. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to access our unit when we needed to. Would definitely use them again should the need arise.

A simple, no fuss way to store your possessions. Access was easy and rooms were clean and tidy with an ample sized lift to get you to the rooms on higher floors. Toggle entry system to the building and padlocked rooms with on site camera system secured the area adding further protection.

A storage facility is a storage facility and they're all much of a muchness, but none of my stuff got stolen or wet, no problem getting access and the staff are all lovely. Just a shame the price went up about 25%.

Lovely staff very helpful, but only one lift and when your given a storage unit on the first floor and there 6 people trying to use the same lift takes you a very long time to unload a small van. Ended up carrying a super king size bed up the stairs and had to take our fridge home with us as no room.

The visual impression of the premises is superb, the offices being properly laid out, along with the Storage Areas, and the cleanliness is beyond reproach. The Staff really are a credit to your company. The Manager is patient and considerate and always so polite. The Staff there are equally nice - every time I have had occasion to call they instinctively know who is calling, and really care about the reason you may have in calling.
