Their prices are amazing and they were so helpful. Plenty of room in their van which fit a lot of my belongings including some large furniture. They were efficient, fast and kind. I would highly recommend these guys. Really friendly. Sensible approach to Covid. Great hourly rate that was agreed before. Many other removal companies were quoting me 3x / 4x what they cost. They did most of the work for me which was great. They also had special kit for moving mattresses etc. I cannot recommend them highly enough. No doubt I'll be using them again as probably be moving again in 6 months time. I checked out everyone in the Ipswich and Babergh area and they were the cheapest. Super nice people as well!

A fantastic service I've used a few times now. The guys are always understanding and experienced. The website is straight forward and easy to use and they always respond quickly. Any changes they've always been able to accommodate. They take care with your items and always pack the van so that your items won't be damaged. They can price quite flexibly per quote and I've had both big and small jobs. I've recommended them to friends looking to move.

I used The Van about Town for a commercial move I found the website easy to navigate and accept the quote. They were reasonably priced compared with other quotes received. Arrived on time (even moved a few jobs around to be there a little earlier!). We had a tight turnaround and Paul and his team were very efficient and helpful. They even removed some fixed items from the walls for us and arranged for items to be disposed of. i would definitely recommend them and if i were moving again that area i would use them again.

I really cannot rave enough about Paul's service. He recently helped move my daughter from Ipswich to London and we really would never have survived the experience without him. He turned up on time, packed the van very carefully so no items would get damaged and was friendly to talk to on the journey . He did not even complain when the move in time was delayed or that there were a lot of stairs up to her flat. He worked like a trojan and always with a smile. Excellent Father son team, very helpful, diligent meticulous care of goods, very reasonably priced, no time wasting just got on with the job having previously moved at least 36 times!!! was dreading it this time -moving out of second floor with no lifts , short notice..... one of best removal team I have come across, moved all goods delivered in appropriate rooms, things fixed, even gave lift when I lost my car keys!! My 8 year old says - very nice, hardworking - we offered them lunch but they said -no,because they were working nice and quick did not want to waste time, break after the job is finished

Moving house, Paul helped me over 3 jobs - old house to storage / storage to new home / flat to new home required over 3 different days within 3 weeks.
