Straight forward and easy with everything explained. Employed to bring our 5 cats to us in South France due to move. Tracking was great to see as we could follow our cats journey. We had pictures sent to us and they all arrived happy and calm. Recommend and will use again

They were quick to set up the transport to bring my cat from France to the UK (under quite short notice) and Becca took great care of my pet during the trip. She has been incredibly patient with him when he didn't want to get inside the carrier and was able to calm him down well, allowing to relocate smoothly.

We were needing to transport our three cats over 700 miles to a new home. NFP contacted us through a transport search website to offer their services. Once we looked at their own website & saw what work they do, we knew we had to use them for our furries. They collected our cats from a cattery and drove them up to us in an air conditioned van, including a box of toys & food, and delivered them on time (minus a brief issue with finding the house!). The cats were no different to usual: chatty, relaxed, investigative, glad to see us, and happy to both play & have treats. We couldn't have been happier with how well they looked & how well they appeared to have handled everything. The handler, Cheryl, told us they had been great to work with as well (which just confirmed to us how well she had handled them, as the eldest is usually a bit nervous with change). Really impressed. If we were in a similar situation again, we'd definitely call NFP & we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I was really impressed with the quality and service provided by NFP Pet, from the moment of booking till delivery my queries were answered immediately, really smooth, friendly and fast service. Our handler was Nicola, she is an ex RSPCA employee and knows how to take care of animals, she is friendly, punctual and caring. On the day of pick up I received a GPS link where I could track the movement of my pets and ETA. My pugs travelled 8h from Cambridge to Dundee and arrived happy and relaxed. I will be using this service again in the future to bring them back home and would recommend it to everyone.

This company is literally fantastic! They made it possible for me to have a beautiful Devon Rex transported from Cornwall to Cumbria. The price they quoted me was just unbelievable for the miles they had to do. I couldn't have done the journey myself for that price. The service they provided was so professional and they made the process very straightforward. The lady that owns the company did the journey herself and my cat travelled in lovely conditions. She was checked, along with litter changing and food top ups every 3 hours. When she arrived she was so calm. I can't praise this company enough and would highly recommend them for pet transportation within the uk or abroad. They are very conscious and caring. Most of the staff seem to be ex animal workers e.g....Ex RSPCA or veterinary staff. They have very high standards. A1 service guys. Thank you.
