Lok’nStore has been extremely cooperative and prompt with their service. They offered to collect and store my items even before my arrival into the UK. They showed a lot of flexibility in the initial paper work as well as everything was completed on remote for me. Iain, especially has been very responsive and cooperative all throughout. The facility itself is extremely clean and well-kept in addition to the economic services offered.

The guys on the reception desk when I phoned were so helpful. Likewise when I arrived. A half price for 8 weeks offer was fantastic news. Lifts were roomy and trolleys provided were a big help. Not many people loading and unloading whilst I was there - not sure what it would have been like otherwise. Got my stuff from a small 2 bedroomed cottage into a 75 sq feet lock up but it was a very tight squeeze, I think next size up would have been better as I didn't have washer, wardrobes or sofa.
