Friendly and helpful staff and good facilities all around. Would be great to see the 24 hour access across all floors and for it to be clearer on the website it’s the ground floor only and they’re double the cost, this seems misleading and more of a draw you in sales tactic, failing that it would be good to see the storage units open until 8pm every night rather than once a week. During busy times trolley availability can be difficult which is to be excepted, it would be good if the automatic doors on the right as you come in the loading bay could be fixed as they’ve been broke for some time. When this place was built a couple of lifts would’ve been ideal and so much better during busier times than just one. The introductory offer is great for short term storage however it’s a little disappointing that after that offer is up it goes to a new price that then changes once again after 26 weeks which makes the storage unit pretty costly for the long run. You’d expect with longevity you’d receive some better pricing since you’re giving them continued business.

Really easy to store things with plenty of pallet trucks and dolly’s to help you move stuff! Friendly staff that are very helpful. Even sell stuff to help you move! Would recommend if you need a place to store goods.

Very good facilities on the whole. I can come and go as I please and pricing is fair. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Building is kept clean and tidy, it just ticks every box. Slight let down in that the toilets are locked after 6pm and there is no power in the units but overall fantastic. I'll be here for a number of years (unless the charges go up too much :P)!

Lovely welcoming staff. Always very helpful.Good clean storage. Pàcking boxes, tape, padlocks all available there to buy if you haven't got your own. Lifts to all levels. Always feel safe here. Emails sent out with invoices a couple of weeks before it's due. Good fair prices. Would definitely recommend safestore to others and use them again myself if the need arises.

Needed storage for some old things when moving. The process was quick and easy and 24/7 access is available. At busy times you may have issues getting one of the carts for moving things but besides that it's a reasonable place for storage

Very good location and safe building 24 hour CCTV every where Good deal when first signing up as the first 8 weeks are half price. But due to unseen circumstances prices will jump up in January on average £38 a unit per month 25%.due to this I've looked on the net and found a better deal elsewhere. Only other down side to this place is it only has 1 lift so when out of operation you need to use the stairs which is hard work carrying a washing machine to the 3rd floor

Safestore is brilliant, having access to my valuables 24/7 was good. The staff are very polite and helpful. The premises itself is very secure. I would recommend Safestore to other people including friends and family and I would use them again if I ever moved house. Reasonably priced too :)

Safestore is one of the very few self storage facilities with longer and flexible business hours. This was very convenient when I had to find a storage facility at short notice and late in the afternoon. The units are clean and obviously safe. I was surprised to see how much stuff I could store in the unit I hired. Priced very reasonably too!

Clean storage but hidden extras come after the 8 weeks of the offer because you have to pay fees for renewing contract and not only the charge for the 1-2 days! Although the staff is very polite,i was not informed from the start that there were not any storage with 24hour access (just for 1 person storage)and after agreeing with the idea that i would be the only one with access to my storage room ,they showed me the big shared storage .If i knew all this from the start i would look for something else!

Staff here have been extremely helpful from my first phone call. The units are uniform to other Safestore’s I’ve used. Clean, well kept, a lift, helpful staff and they’ve always had trollies available when I’ve visited. They offer an exceptional service and make the day to day running of the business a lot easier. Very good at first then after 4 weeks my price went up and was charged 11 days ahead and when leaving I wasn't told about 2 weeks advance notice and was told even when gave my notice still have to pay the full amount and what is owed will b refunded bk to me as there were to lazy to make a mother invoice
