Clean and tidy facility with competitive rates and plenty of space . All of the staff I've dealt with have been helpful and friendly and I've never struggled to find a trolley or had to wait too long for the goods lift. Most of the other customers are friendly or keep themselves to themselves but one or two are selfish and block the entrance with vans, part of me wishes the staff would do more about this but they never did when I've been there at least. Some customers leave trolleys in the car park but it's not that common and the staff usually move them back in quick order. The store front also sells a surprisingly large range of boxes and packaging, I'd previously bought my own online but realised afterwards that I probably shouldn't have. I rented my unit for six months and was in there pretty much every Saturday, at least three times a month and was very happy with the service I received - my only two real criticisms are that the opening hours could be extended a little to fit around people's work hours a bit better and please change the CDs in the sound system more often - not that I have an issue with the Rolling Stones, Bowie, or the greatest ska hits but after a few weeks you really notice the same couple of songs repeating. The introductory offers are really cost effective but it's worth your while to have a good idea in advance how long you'll need a unit for - I sold myself short by some distance so missed out in the long run but costs were still low enough that it wasn't worth the effort moving to a different facility.

Having used the Store Room for over a year now, I feel I must review it honestly. I have over the years used various short term storage companies, and my experience up until now was not great. From finding out I'd been moved, to having a few items filched, non working lights, sticky shutters and general disinterest in what you were doing, or if you needed any help. After a recomendation, I took on one unit here as a short term plan while looking to rent a business unit. After 3 months, I couldn't find anywhere suitable, and after experiencing the the general service and help I was given by Simon and Alan, I decided that I might as well stay here, as it fullfilled all my needs. I now have 2 units, I get small deliveries directed here, and any help needed with larger deliveries with a forklift (which they operate for you), and with pallet trucks and numerous trolleys available, it's easy and convenient to have a genuine running small warehouse. There has been a very small price rise since I took on the units, a little more than a quid a week, and it is, without question, the best value around if you want clean, dry and secure storage. The parking is easy, and again secure, well off the road and It is possible to back up to the main doors if you have a large stock transfer. I have 2 units with a shutter that a UK pallet can fit through, and the aisles are easily wide enough to pull a pallet through, and store easily. Whatever you are looking for in terms of storage, you should just pop down and ask, and you can get the 2 bob tour Simon and Alan won't run your business for you, but they do in my opinion look out for you, and will get in touch if the need arises. They are also easily contactable by phone for any help. I really can't find any downsides, as any honest problem I've come across has been remedied by Simon or Alan. Think of the place as your own space, with a couple of guys around all the time, who keep their eye out for you. I'm giving 5 stars, as I'm delighted to be here, and really glad I found the Store Room.

Great people and great security. Prices are a bit steep but for what it is its worth paying for. They also give regular updates via email to notify of any DIY work like painting the floors neer your unit, etc.

Great place to store your furniture or belongings big or small. Just watch for the small print. Check your insurance and take a paddlick. You can get them from the store room but just to save you some money if you have these things in place.
