Good service , easy to find and affordable. Everything was straight forward with good communication during the entire set up procedure. Staff are only too Happy to help with any Queries. I stored with this location for about 7 months and found that having the 24 hours a day access was really good. The staff that I met any time that were on site at the time of my visits were always pleasant and also helpful. I did call the customer services when I needed to and dealt with David who was very pleasant , Knowledgeable and sorted any Queries that I had with Great Efficiency.

Local staff are v helpful and understanding of day to day problems - can't thank them staff enough. However the head office team need to get their collective head out of their arses! Couldn't organise the proverbial in a pub! The onsite posters suggest a discount for long term hires, when I enquired the rates went up 63%. Including a change from monthly payment to 4 weekly. Customer Services ignored all emails, so I left.

If you need storage, look no further. The facilities are just brilliant as are the staff. The storage units are spotlessly clean as is the whole facility and access is great. We would like to thank James for his customer care which these days is a rare thing. Everything explained and nothing was too much trouble. So Ready Steady Store deserves a five star rating as that really is the service they supply!

Tidy easy to use, good sized storage. Goods lift is very usefull.

Incredible move in experience yesterday with superb help from James who made the experience really easy with friendly customer service. Very clean environment with a goods lift and trolleys available which made us feel like we were moving in in style! No lugging your items up stairs. Padlocks available to buy on site if you don't have your own. Thank you so much!

Wasn't sure to expect when booking; perhaps a grubby brown-field site with containers surrounded by fencing. Pricing was competitive/reasonable, booking was simple..all local...too good to be true? Nope, this place is an secure building, super-clean/tidy, modern and accessible. I've been delighted with my whole experience, from booking, intake, to my ongoing storage needs. Specific nod to James at the Lincoln Allenby site whose approach to customer service is a credit to his employer. Friendly, helpful, courteous, professional. Deserves recognition. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Lincoln Allenby site of ReadySteadyStore.

My daughter has a storage room here. She said it was nice and easy to set up and the staff Rebecca & James gave top notch customer service. The storage room was spot on for her and the facility was great, really clean, lots of trolleys for her to use. Would definitely recommend to her friends.

We were able to save time by filling in the application form online. Once we arrived we were greeted by an extremely friendly and courteous assistant was very happy to assist. He took time to explain the process and showed us how to use the lift and then took us to our container. The facility was very clean and tidy and there were ample trolleys to transport our load to the container. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I am very much satisfied with Ready Steady store. I was anxious moving from another city but the staff was very helpful. They waited for me although I was late because they understood my situation. James was very kind and friendly. Great customer support! There are also very affordable prices and it's easy with all the trolleys and elevators there to move your things in any floor. Everything was very comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate using it again, as well recommending Ready Steady Store to others.

We have used the Lincoln branch of Ready Steady store for the past 2 years. Excellent storage area, extremely helpful staff, even when I turned up to announce I had lost my key to my unit!!! No trouble to James, he sorted it in his usual calm, no fuss manner. Excellent facility and service, very helpful & friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. One small issue could be the front loading bay is small and on a gradient, there is a bigger and better entrance to the rear but you have to ask. Can be slightly expensive for long term storage but I guess you get what you pay for.....

Really easy set up process, staff are super helpful and everything is just really easy to do. I thought it’d be awkward for me to store here as I’m quite small and not very good at heavy lifting but the trolleys and lifts make everything much smoother.

The place is really accessible, just outside the centre of Lincoln off a main road. It is very clean and well maintained and to top it off the service is top notch.
