M. J.Checked this place out online a while ago, and then booked online for a friend. Online check-in had a few issues, but on arrival the guy at reception sorted out everything. Easy access with a lift, and trolleys available. The smallest size storage unit is surprisingly spacious, and if you don't have a padlock you can buy one at reception.
K. G.Matt is the best store manager you can imagine. Not only waited for me after hours, so I could get access to my locker, but also explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Thank you Matt for making my storage even easier!

L. K.Excellent customer service, they will gladly go the extra mile to help make sure moving in/out is as easy as possible. The staff are very frendly and are some of the nicest people about. Access is easy plus they have 2 loading bays that makes loading from a large vehicle easy. I am very happy to recommend this place to anyone. All units are indoors which is great as you know that your stuff is safe and dry. Plus the 24 hr access is very handy too.

He explained things very clearly, was incredibly helpful, very polite, patient (when answering all my questions) and friendly. M. H.I really can’t recommend this place enough! Fantastic service with a smile and you really do get a good amount of space for your money. It’s easy to access and simple to do, I don’t know why we didn’t do it sooner! The store manager Matthew has always been a friendly face at Sunningdale. He has happily helped us on a few occasions to sort out any issues with juggling our storage units, no matter how big or small. He recently even went above and beyond for us by staying past the opening hours so we could complete merging our 2 smaller units into 1 larger one. Thank you so much!

I used the Sunningdale - Lincoln storage for a house move and had to reschedule check in/out multiple times but no fuss and dramas, they even called me to confirm the easily arranged plan and schedule they suggested for me, making the whole process easy and stress free. Great customer service.

From start to finish Matt could not do enough for us and was exceptionally helpful, whenever we needed anything. R. B.Easy to find just off the Tritton Road. It has a wide variety of storage containers catering for all needs. Very new and clean. There are trolleys and a pallet truck for ease and it is possible to reverse tight into the unit. Nice helpful people run the place.
