We recently had a large contract on and used the storage for three weeks. We were there daily. It's a really good and efficient unit. The staff including Dave, Amy and the rest of the girls were absolutely amazing in helping us and understanding our needs as we were on a tight deadline. Very friendly and efficient. Clean, dry rooms which are easy to access and well-priced for the generous space. Straightforward PIN code system makes it easy to drop in and add or remove items without having to jump through several hoops.

Great selection of storage units, great staff (the two ladies who dealt with my enquiry and who showed me the ropes were extremely helpful and went above and beyond even though it was extremely busy and they were short on staff), and a great flexibility should anyone need to downsize or upsize. Also prices are very competitive. The opening hours are tricky but you can pay for later access which is handy (the only reason I didn't give 5 stars). I would definitely recommend :)

Since day one Sian and Dave have been nothing but supportive. I have used other storage facilities in the past and it hasn’t been a great experience but Big Yellow have been exceptional. Great online experience, really clear that the team have put some great work into their tech. The staff were exceptional at the Liverpool branch, not only being clear on what to do, but being friendly, understanding and above all caring. Big shout out to Sian! The facilities and systems were clean, easy to use and very professional. From a practical point of view, the moving trolleys are a godsend and make loading a trivial task. I never though I’d be an advocate for self storage, but Big Yellow have converted me!

Due to unforseen circumstances, I had to get a storage locker at short notice. Literally within 30 minutes of calling, I was loading my stuff into the locker and ready to go. Great price and even better service from Lisa and Sian. They made the experience so much better! Kind, reassuring, thorough, and just very genuine. The true gems of Big Yellow!

Dropped off my belongings into a locker here yesterday and the service was amazing! I was greeted by Lisa who made me feel right at home and took me for a little tour and showed me all my options as well as how to use the facilities. After popping to my locker we began to fill out the paperwork at the desk accompanied by the rest of the team (Luke,Roxy and Dave) who all helped advice me on the easiest ways to get back with all my things and the best taxi ranks (something much better to hear from the locals! Really helped!) Through completing everything everyone was so lovely and warming! Was even sat down with a decent cup of tea which is something you 100% need after a long stressful day!

Very straight forward and easy process to get set up with a storage unit at the Edge Lane, Liverpool branch. Having completed the online check-in before arriving, Lisa took me through the final pieces of papereork, gave me a tour of the facilities and went through the security process. Lisa was very helpful and friendly. Roxy helped me set up the combination lock and obtain a detailed invoice. The room itself is clean and secure. There are huge lifts available with pallet trucks, trolleys and a forklift (at extra cost). They also seem to sell packing materials which are cheaper than buying from the high street and look like good quality. If you want to access our of hours it's £10 extra for the month which seems like good value for money. Thanks again to Lisa.

I had my stuff stored for 2 months there and I felt so much happy with the service. The location in L13 5TF Liverpool is easy to find . The staff are really wonderful. I dealt with Roxy , Dave , Luke and Lisa. Roxy is really a lady , she is so helpful and understanding. They always asked me if I needed help and meant it. I highly recommend this place and the adorable staff there. Bravo L13 staff .

Although accessible until 6 pm (i think, dont quote me on this) I found the place secure, accessible and clean. Not the cheapest self-storage but the location worked well for me.

If you want cost effective, clean, easy access storage then you can't go wrong with Big Yellow Self Storage. Quick phone call and l'd reserved a locker. Submitted all the registration documents online and had a quick registration chat with the team onsite. Staff are chatty and knowledgable. Also administered first aid when one of my sherpers tried to chop a finger off. Couldn't ask for more
