Vicky and Shirley were fantastically helpful when we wanted to store our bike bags and luggage while we cycled the UK. Really easy to use as a student moving home for summer and staff were so friendly and helpful. Only criticisms is that they don’t tell you your reservation fee covers the price of a lock, and on the website it doesn’t tell you which size storage spaces are unavailable, but overall really good service

One of the best decisions I made when moving house, was to get a storage unit. So convenient and easy to set up, and allows you to keep a lot of none essential items out of the way until you’re in and settled. The units at Smart Storage Liverpool are spotlessly clean, easy to access with your own personal code and alarmed. There’s sanitising stations around the buildings, and various trolleys to make it easy to move your items. Will use again if I need storage space in the future.

No problems with the storage facility, quite expensive after the initial half price period though. Nice and secure and lift is useful. Lots of trollies to help move items. Parking is a bit limited outside if you have a large van but all in all, would probably use again.

I have a small Ironing service which I used to run from home, but as my customer Base has grown I needed a separate space to operate from but with a low rent. I didn't think businesses could be run from these units (thinking it was purely for storage) and having visited a couple of others before Smart that were not interested I was beginning to despair! So last resort I called at Smart Storage Derby Rd, and how glad I am that I did. From the very start the team there were excellent, showed me a few units and even arranged for electrics to be installed. I secured a unit that is in a prime location for my business and has easy access for loading/unloading my orders, and has reasonable rates. A big thank you to Joe, Clare and Andrew who are very helpful and in addition keep me going with a cuppa coffee...☺
