I received my delivery of logs today and am absolutely delighted. The whole experience from purchasing through to delivery has been easy and a pleasure. The Log People staff are knowledgeable, kind and courteous and the driver who delivered my logs was extremely helpful. He even helped me move a pallet on my garage floor that I had been unable to break down and move by myself. Having bought logs from a variety of other sellers in the past, I am definitely going to be coming back to The Log People for all my future log purchases. A truly 5 star service all round. I thoroughly recommend them.

Had my first delivery of logs from the Log People yesterday, can’t recommend them enough. Came home from work to the delivery neatly stacked in my back yard, couldn’t ask for more. Just wanted to write and let you know how impressed I am with the quality of your wood. I recently ordered a bundle for the 1st time and honestly cannot believe the difference. The burn time of the softwood is amazing. The ones I had used previously would burn so quickly and get to a high temperature that was unbearable. Yours reach the required temp at a much better rate. The hardwood burn time is unreal too! So from a 1st time buyer to a long term customer for me. Customer service too was excellent I have to add.

Received a delivery of 50 nets of softwood logs. The quality of the logs were more than I expected, all dry and ready to burn and the logs are more than the standard thickness. First time customer. Very easy to select and pay for logs. Delivery came on the day stated. Had fun with the driver getting the logs onto the property as they are delivered via pallet and pump truck but my gate was too narrow. We found a solution though. Very helpful, friendly and polite driver. Will definitely be re-ordering.......but not any time soon. It’s going to take a couple of winters to get through this lot!
