What has also made this a place that we decided to use for a longer amount of time is that the staff have been outstanding, especially David who goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs and questions! All the staff have been so helpful and flexible, really going the extra mile. I've had a lot of dealings with these guys in a short time while moving house, and I haven't always been the easiest customer - forgetting my pin number, setting off my alarm, downsizing my unit at short notice, turning up to buy boxes at opening time, stuff like that. They have been reliably and consistently lovely. The storage is fine, good height, with lifts and access points at both ends of the building. Could maybe do with one or two more trolleys at busy times. But all in all great.

Nice modern and clean storage units. Staff were incredibly helpful when I needed to upgrade. I and my colleagues got treated well on site and later by telephone. Would recommend and will be using them again.
