Most recently they helped move some furniture for my mother and they were extremely caring and understanding. I have never met another removal company with staff so friendly, punctual and adaptable. Anything we have ever needed, they always are ready to help and also very affordable. The staff treat your items with utmost respect and care. E. G.I can't recommend this company enough. Absolute heroes. They stepped in to save our house move in a tricky delay situation after our original removal company dumped us.
Incredibly responsive, they were there to take over within an hour of being called. When the money finally made it's way through the chain to us, and our keys were released - the next day, at about 4:30pm on a Friday (!) - they were able to start moving us within about half an hour. The stuff that there wasn't time to move that evening, was safe in storage, and delivered on Saturday morning.
This was an incredibly stressful time for us, but the Affordable Removal team worked with us to find sensible ways forward, and were absolute rocks throughout. We are now happily settled in our new home, and I have them to thank for it.
