The packing and removal service was efficient, timely and, despite the difficulties and challenges of a large number of small items, including garden furniture and pots, completed to our great satisfaction. The guys were professional and very helpful which made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been. We would recommend using this service.

We had our own van cancelled on the day we moved and were completely stuck. We found these guys on Gumtree and they were with us within 1 hour and really saved us! The gentleman driving was great! Honestly can't recommend enough! Will definitely use these guys next time we move!

AFS removals have been great from start to end. I used a search portal for all removal companies and received quotes however, when AFS called they gave me the best deal and were very efficient in providing good service. The staff came on time and asked what and how we would like to organise our belongings. Without hesitating it was done. Despite having go wait for completion, Andre and Niaz worked well together and got the job done quickly from loading to unloading, keeping it professional but comfortable enough to ask questions and have a laugh. Also, didnt complain about having to wait around for the keys. Payment was also quick and easy. Overall, best service, team and experience.

Our removals van cancelled last minute so we were in desperate need and AFS were life savers. They came within a couple of hours and kept in contact about traffic and ETAs. Niaz helped us with loading and unloading the van and was patient through the traffic and complications. They gave us a great price too, would definitely recommend to anyone needing a mover!

AFS saved our bacon! We had another house mover booked, who cancelled on us 20mins before they were due to arrive and we only had 3 hours before we had to be out of our place!! I called around every place I could find and thankfully for me, John answered and was able to get Shaq and his moving van out to us within 1.5 hours!! He didn’t even charge us extra from the price we were going to pay the other company. I could not recommend AFS Removals highly enough and we will 100% be using them for our next move.

I have dealt with Ali, who was extremely helpful, very efficient and reassuring. My sudden emergency accrued in Calais and I needed to pick up a big load ASAP on a Bank holiday Sunday. AFS removal send their driver to Calais right away and my goods were collected same evening. Very easy to book, the vans arrived on time and they were incredibly friendly! I'm pregnant and they didnt let me lift a thing, none of my huge pieces of furniture phased them and they handled my art collection very well. Moving is always very stressful, I'd heard good things about this moving service from friends. From start to finish amazing. Both gents who turned up, arrived with a smile of their face, lovely to chat with and basically eased my moving nerves. They asked questions in regards to what to pack first/fragile status etc. and just made the whole move so easy and efficient. I don't think I've ever received such a pleasent service overall - highly recommend.

I used AFS Removal for a downsize from 4 bed house to first floor flat. We used two large Luton vans with 3 staff, including belongings from garage and garden pots. We also requested for certain items to be wrapped like large pictures frames as well as glass tables. A large bed frame was also dismantled and reassembled on the other end. The team were very hard working, fast and efficient. It was a local move which took 8 hours which also included drop-offs at 2 different locations. The team very kindly accommodated this request which we appreciated. Overall I’m a satisfied customer and would recommend using AFS Removal. Thank you to Moishin and the team including Ali who tried his best to accommodate all Our requests during a very busy time.

Great service! AFS Removals saved my day as the other driver I had booked with a different company didn't turn up. They've sent someone within 1.5h and the price was very reasonable. The driver was really great. Not only he helped with loading and unloading everything but also his cheerful personality helped me forget about all the stress I had on that day. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use their services in the future.

Can't recommend them enough - they were so great with the price despite my constantly changing circumstances. They were so flexible and understanding plus provided a GREAT service. Sajhid helped move the items and was extremely powerful lifting very heavy things alone; even not letting me get involved - plus always being careful with all my items, he had a great energy and smile up until the very end. They made what could have been a stressful move totally smooth and simple - no hassle at all.

These guys were great. Thank you Ricky and Omi. I couldn't have got anyone else more accommodating, nice and helpful as them. The treadmill was very heavy and had to be unexpectedly dismantled which took alot of time. There were no complaints or impatience. I felt very relaxed with them in the van ride back. Special mention to Ricky. Absolutely nothing fazed him, nothing was too much to do and he was so helpful! I'm extremely happy that the other company I booked let me down last minute because if they didn't, I wouldn't have had the pleasure of meeting these guys! Thank you so much. Everything was brilliant from the immediate responses to my texts and the exceptional service from you guys. I would 100% recommend the guys who helped me and I will most definitely use them again when I move out in the near future! Edit: The guys pushed the treadmill on my laminate flooring and at the time my place was a mess, so I didn't see that it had caused massive scratching that I now have to repair. It was all done very quickly, so I didn't have a chance to say anything. Apart from that big faux pas, I'd still use them again.

The move was very efficient, we finished two hours earlier than expected! Nothing was broken or lost. My only criticism was that they packed some things that they'd been told not to pack as they weren't ours, meaning later that day I had to drive back and return them (fortunately it was only 15 minutes away). The video submission to generate a quote I thought was a great little solution to the challenges facing the Removals industry due to covid.

My relocation was from North West London to the Wales. I requested 6 quotes from 6 different companies, it did not take long for me to choose "AFS Removals". Their "Coordinator" Mr Riz guided guided me step by step through the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him, all my questions were answered promptly and most important the answers were accurate and honest, this gave me the complete confidence to use AFS. I did not have to make any phone calls all information was exchanged by e-mail. The quote was excellent. Everything was explained in great detail with no "grey areas". Moved from London to Swansea Our move was stress free thanks to the professionalism, reassurance, efficiency, punctuality, patience and overall manner of the AFS Removals guys moving us (Riz, Sam, Sultan- if I remember their names correctly!) I had a couple of worries such as access to the new property because of the size of the lorry but they said they would manage and this meant reverse parking into an area with hardly any room for manoeuvre whilst being so polite and courteous to our new neighbours. Any valuable items including an envelope of money was checked with me before packing so that nothing was unaccounted for and I found this very thorough and honest. They also continued to work alongside our kids who sometimes had a lot of questions and who were tearing around the place in the new home!! The administration over the phone was also nothing short of reassuring and helpful and it was a great start for Mr Riz to come and quote extremely accurately.
