I was a late booking in but they fitted me in - I ended up changing the day in the end which wasn't a problem.
On the day, the boys arrived early and had to wait for me to get back as I was delayed at my new place and that wasn't a problem either!
I was loaded in super quick time, got a ride in the van and all in all was moved in 1.5 hours and I dint lift a finger!

They had a smile on their face and every task was greeted with "no problem at all". They completed loading things on to the van in circa 20 mins which was astonishing. Given the hour based charge I was apprehensive but no time wasting at all and they moved really fast. They were professional and simply fantastic.

My experience with them was good from start primarily because of the excellent service provided by Peter Bender. This was the first time I had organised professional packing and storage so I had a lot of questions. Peter was unfailingly prompt and patient in providing feedback to my questions. When I needed to have my belongings brought out of storage and delivered, Peter was equally helpful in answering all my questions. There were occasions when Peter was out of office and I would either redirect my email or my email would be picked up by Peter's colleagues. They would similarly provide prompt and helpful responses to any questions I had.

The guys who packed and moved it the next day were friendly, efficient and professional. H. W.Aussie man and van did a great job at moving a delicate item across london. They were early for the pickup, packaged the item thoroughly, safely transported and delivered to our desired location in the office. Communication with the office was great. Would recommend.

On the day, Balazs and Matthew rang me to say they could turn up early, and they arrived within 10 minutes once we confirmed we were ready. They worked very efficiently and were friendly and helpful. On the day Dennis Smith and Joe Fitzpatrick communicated well and let me know that they could actually start earlier than the original booking time if that suited me. No problem with me nipping off to run an erand whilst they loaded the van. We travelled to the unload and they were just as efficient getting stuff out of the van. Lucky enough from doing a lot of cold calling I managed to come across Aussie removals. I was very blessed to be able to book a removal on the same day with them, I can honestly say there are many average removal companies Aussie Removal where first class.

The four guys who moved me were, Balazs Tomity, Stephen Lenihan, Sam Preece, Sandor Vucsics. They were very professional, friendly and accommodating. They packed brilliantly, loaded the van smoothly (including getting sofas out of windows), got everything out at the other end and re-assembled all furniture and were endlessly patient with me deciding where things should go. They were also very kind to my 18 month old baby too.
All in all I couldn't recommend them highly enough and this is the second time I've used Aussie, and will definitely do so again.
