Earnest was friendly and informative. He patiently took me through all processes and paperwork. The client journey took a while but it was thorough and efficient. Earnest went further to help me choose the right size unit and Mickey guided me through the out of hours set up and procedure. The staff have a can do lets make it happen approach which is refreshing these days. the place itself could do with a larger car park . The site is convenient and easy to get to , straight off the A13.

Excellent no nonsense storage facility. Very well managed by super friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommended. The above was written over 2 years ago. I have just moved out and wanted to add: Perfect. At every stage of my stay and use of your facilities at Dagenham, everything worked perfectly as far as facilities are concerned. This was complimented by your staff, who performed admirably, were always extremely amiable, and on many occasions, went beyond their remit to assist and aid me. I once broke down as I was leaving the compound. Samina went out of her way to help and liaise with the RAC (who completely let me down and left me stranded for over 24 hours). I cannot thank your team at Dagenham enough. I wish to specifically nominate Claire and Ernest (and Samina of course) to receive some kind of medal for their amazing customer service and care. I was actually slightly emotional to move out and I have only moved out because I cannot afford to keep and have no more need for a dedicated storage unit. I do not recall ever being so impressed with a team from ANY corporation.

Firstly we experience aggressive selling over the phone which put me off initially. It was just annoying an unessacery. We didn't have much choice as it local. On arrival to sort paper work the lady taking the details at reception was excellent. She revived my earlier disappointment. And sorted everything no rush. She's a gem.

Amazing staff, easy storage space. Be careful for hidden extra payments. Recommend buying a lock before hand. The insurance you can't really get external insurance so thats an extra change and deposit too.
