I moved my things into big yellow storage in Nine Elms yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the easiness of the process and was so happy with the friendly and helpful service I received from Andre. A couple weeks in advance, I enquired about the two different sized units online to get a quote for each as I was still in two minds whether to use big yellow storage. Andre then called and talked me through the process, the insurance and suggested I reserve one of the units (not needing to pay in advance) which he did for me in less than 2 minutes on the phone. I then carried out the check-in online which was a little lengthy but easy enough. On the day, Andre made it really easy to get everything moved in. He talked me through everything, put my mind at ease about security, showed me the unit, and even recommended a bigger size unit that was on offer at the time for the same price as the smaller one I had booked. It was then quick and simple to put my stuff in, and Andre marked the day I was planning to check out so I wouldn't get charged for anymore than i needed to. My experience was pretty great and it was almost exclusively down to Andre providing excellent customer service!

10/10 would recommend. Was helped out by Andre and Abdul, who went out of their way to make sure I got all my stuff settled in comfortably. Very helpful and kind dudes who are great representatives of their business. Thoroughly pleasant to deal with and gave me confidence in Big Yellow as a whole -especially during a transitional period in my life. Thank you so much!

The facilities are clean and well equipped, safe and secure. The staff are super helpful, Abdul checked us in and looked after us and he was great! Explained everything in full and was very helpful. Make sure you plan enough time for loading and unloading and be patient! The loading aria is not huge and if you get one person that parks inconsiderately it holds everyone else up. Perhaps staff could aid people with parking to prevent jams. Overall a great service and experience, moving house is stressful enough so this was a great help!

Staff were OK, only one loading bay to the front. It's a bit tight in the car park. Storage area itself is OK, over 4 floors it has a lot of units. It's off a. Main road and quiet. not too many trollies either.
