We recently used Bright Movers for our house move. They were excellent and we would absolutely recommend them. They were very polite and reassuring when they came round to quote and gave us confidence that they would provide a professional service. Marzin was fantastic, very helpful and always available to answer all and any questions, top guy. In the lead up to our move we contacted them many times with questions and they were patient, clear and helpful every single time. On our moving day our experience lived up to expectations. The team were all lovely and took care to move things exactly as we needed. All the way through they talked to us to check how we wanted things done, which was fantastic. They went over and above what we expected and even when they finished they made sure we were happy with where they had put everything and said they would be happy to move anything that ought to go elsewhere, if that helped us. We were very happy with the service and would use them again in the future.

We moved yesterday with Brightmovers and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the word go they were responsive and attentive. The quote they provided was highly competitive and professionally delivered. We went for the full packing service and this was efficient and done with great care for our possessions. On the actual move day Marcin and his team were simply brilliant. They were fast but very careful with it. The whole team were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. As we got to the end of the day the team would not leave until everything was in exactly the places we needed it, this included moving a couple of big items from one room up to another. Moving house is stressful. If you want to take away one element of the stress then I recommend that you talk to Marcin and his amazing team.

Bright movers have been great from day 1 , they explained everything that would be done , gave a me a quote very quickly and answered all the questions i had. They packed all our processions very efficiently, so well that every time you put something down it was packed!! Marcin and his team were incredible. They took great care in packing, disassembling and reassembling furniture over the course of 2 days. Bright movers allowed me to have the best moving experience possible. From the start Valy and his team were very accomodating, friendly and did a fabulous job packing up our flat in London and moved all the contents to Cardiff. They did this on one of the hottest days of the year (35 degrees) in an apartment block with 3 flights of stairs, without any lift. None of our items were broken. Marcin also provided great communication throughout. I recommend this company very highly and will only ever be moving with Bright movers in the future.

These guys were absolutely brilliant and I can't thank them enough for all their help with our move yesterday. We have recently used them for a massive office move! We moved our call centre from N1 to E14. They were absolutely amazing. They worked literally from 8am until 10pm every day, with a short lunch break. Towards the end, I started thinking they are not human; there has not been a sign of tiredness in any of them. They were pleasant throughout and accommodating even with the most last minute change of plans. They perfectly packed everything and unpacked in the new place. they left the place spotless clean.
