A fast, efficient and trustworthy team who were very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. They even arrived early on both days. I deducted 2 star because some of my plants were quite damaged in transit despite specifically asking the team to handle them extremely carefully and instead they crammed them into one box. One cupboard in the kitchen was completely missed and a couple of items were forgotten at the house which we had to go back to collect and 2 boxes were not taken to storage. Thankfully we only moved close by!

Great service, efficient, fast and friendly for a reasonable price. You pay by the hour and get a good estimate when booking, so there are no surprises. We only used the content removal service, but they still come prepared with boxes, duct tape and bubble wrap just in case which turned out to be very handy. Definitely recommend!

Excellent experience with clapham removals. We went for the expensive option of being packed up the day before and then unpacked when there. Both teams were fantastic. They went above and beyond in terms of helping us unpack and helping us to work out where furniture went - really appreciated at 9 months pregnant! Thank you for a great job.

Such nice people who did a fantastic job. I was so stressed and high maintenance and everyone I spoke to and dealt with was the picture of professionalism. My stuff was moved quickly, efficiently and carefully, and wish a smile and the team then went really above and beyond by offering me a lift back to my new home with my stuff rather than me having to follow them in an Uber. Would never use anyone else for removals and would recommend the Clapham Removals team really highly.

Clapham removals helped us move out from a 3 bed flat in London to a house out of town. We went for the full packing service and were glad we did. Part pack and load one day, load the remainder the following day before driving to the new house. They made light work of a lot of packing and moving on a couple of really hot days. The team made what is a stressful experience as relaxed as it could be and were fun to be around. Would definitely recommend.

Very good experience with this team. They were quick and professional, as well as super nice. I had packed everything beforehand and the only packing they did was the TV, but that was well done. No complaints and will use again in the future.

Updated Review: After this was flagged with the MD, the cost was reduced and a correct invoice was issued. Mistakes happen, when this was flagged it unfortunately wasn't corrected immediately. However, after subsequently stating this was not in their terms - the MD did apologise and issue an updated invoice. It does seem a genuine mis-communication / error occurred here. Original Review: Friendly removal men on the day, but head office add terms (beyond signed terms), which aren't at all transparent or expected. Including for example: Paying for 30 minute breaks at full price, paying for re-arrangement of van after job. This all added 20% to the cost of the job - which is already at a premium. Can not recommend on this basis. Moving is stressful enough as it is!

Clapham Removals company are the best in London. They are very efficient, very professional and pay attention to every detail client may ask them.

The team couldn't have been more helpful. They were on time, polite and friendly throughout the day and constantly checked that items were going where we wanted them to. We used the full packing service which I highly recommend.

These great people did exactly what they said they would do. They were accommodating and a pleasure to work with. They had our stuff in storage and it was looked after well and then arrived in Wiltshire when they said it would .i would definitely use them again.
