My daughter was moving apartments so i booked a complicated move from storage, to apartment to storage. Our driver contacted us and was confused about the amount agreed upon and the size of van we needed so I contacted Claire on the help number who sorted everything out with the van driver so we were both happy. Unfortunately the midnight before our booking for 9am the next morning our driver contacted Claire because he could not do our job the next morning but Claire sorted out a replacement driver in the nick of time who arrived exactly on time. His name was Eddie and he was fantastic. He arrived with a perfectly sized van he completed the move in exactly the amount of time we booked and helped very willingly with the loading and unloading. He was so good at packing the storage room that he managed to fit everything in a smaller unit than we expected so has saved us a lot of money in storage fees. What a lovely guy and very concientious about his job as he originally was expecting to have the day off but when Claire contacted him first thing in the morning he jumped in his van and arrived on time. Amazing service from both Claire and Eddie. We will definitely be using this company again.

The booking process was quick and easy. I had to call and change the date of the pick up and that was no problem at all to do, the customer service person I spoke with was polite, very helpful and effective. Our driver was also professional and responsive, he kept me informed about the move and delivered our items safely and carefully. I was very happy with this service and would definitely use it again.

My driver, Muhammad, was super helpful through the packing and unloading stage and getting us to our destination. The move was quicker than expected especially considering that we had to find a cash point when I couldn't pay by card. Would definitely recommend!

Everything went smoothly, simple to book, arrived on time. We did have a small piano which I was worried about but the two men were very careful and there was no damage during transit.
