Booked a storage unit yesterday. The site and units are clean and tidy. Here a few suggestions to management to improve the site and are easy to implement: 1. Give out a marked map with the clear location of your unit. I had to listen to instructions that I had forgotten by the time I off loaded my car. 2. Signage across the facility could be improved on. The A4 printouts were easy to be missed, and there was not enough of them. 3. Follow a rigorous process when assigning units to customers. I had to take my stuff up the second floor to then find my unit was still locked, meaning I had to go back to the office and leave my things unattended. Update: management followed up on my review by calling me. 1. A plan for updated signposting is in place. 2. Management is looking into the idea of a Mini map. 3. It’s the normal procedure that a staff member is accompanying the customer to the unit first time around.

wrongly perhaps but expecting two assistants with click & collect only had one helper - not just boxes but event equipment & structures, bit of a shaky start but Joe, the driver was very helpful, pitched in, offered altrernative storage & helped out to the end. Also paperwork admin very patient with sorting out upfront full payment at end of day & not completed until the morning. So very happy with the move & the support. Thank you, much appreciated

We've been with Henfield Storage Southwark for more than a year now, and we could not be happier or any more pleased! A quick research I made of storages within our possibilities proved this offered the best balance between price, location and features. But what is the top reason here is the kindness, proactiveness, and customer oriented approach that they showed from the minute zero, on the phone. The suggested alternatives and options, and guided us in our best interest, and even the experience of moving our things across the city was made smooth and enjoyable. However, I have to praise even more their understanding and flexibility displayed during perhaps the worst times we went through in recent history. The units have plenty of space, good illumination in the corridors, the place has bathroom and is opening a few hours on Sunday as well. This review was long due! We are absolutely happy to continue choosing Henfield Storage, and totally recommend them to anyone looking for good facilities and stupendous service!

A few years ago, I stored some items at Henfield Storage's Staples Corner store, and was very happy with their service and prices. Last month I needed to move furniture into storage from the flat I was selling, and booked their Click and Collect service. The day before they were due to collect, I rang them to explain that there had been an unexpected delay in the sale process and I couldn't go ahead with the removal as planned. They rescheduled for the following week without charge, by which time the delay had been resolved. Bryan arrived in good time, and his helpfulness and good humour made the experience of loading some heavy and awkward items onto the van much easier than I had expected. Everyone I have dealt with in person and on the phone at Henfield Storage has been friendly, sympathetic and accommodating, and I thoroughly recommend them.

I had a storage unit with Henfield Southwark for almost 7 years. From beginning to end from, when I booked the unit to when the guys came and picked up my contents in their van, to the annual conversations I’ve had with them about renewing my unit the process was completely seamless. Peter and his team have always been extremely responsive with my phone calls and emails being overly helpful and aware of the time difference when I was in Asia and keeping me informed of any hours or policy changes. Cannot recommend them enough and I would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

Today Saturday morning I made my transfer from a smaller unit to a larger unit. The guy at the reception was really attentive and explained all the costs due etc. Really happy with the kindness of the staff. Hours are a bit short on the weekends... It would be nice to have more hours opened on Saturdays and Sundays.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful- going above and beyond to help you out. The price is also very competitive. I had a great experience booking in and storing with Henfield. Ben from the Chiswick branch was so helpful and was great to have on hand. He kept in close communication, did most of the work with my boxes including loading them neatly into my storage unit and even suggesting a smaller unit that saved me money. I didn’t have a car to get to the unit to meet him at the other end but he even went the extra mile and had checked out the most efficient way to get there via transport. Thank you guys - I also hope Ben gets recognition as he goes the extra mile for customers.

First time user and I'm very impressed. Sam turned up on time, was careful and helpful with the loading and did much more than he needed to for the unloading. The paperwork was smoothly negotiated and I got the impression (rare these days) that they cared about customer service more than the bottom line. For example, the unit I'd reserved was a bit too big. They've offered to nudge me when a smaller one becomes available and allow me to transfer, pay less and retain the credit for the money I've paid on the bigger space. 10/10, I'd thoroughly recommend them to you. Excellent service all round. I mistakenly phoned the wrong branch but the Wimbledon branch could not be helpful enough in arranging what I needed with my local branch. I cannot recommend them highly enough & the assistance with collecting your stuff (you have to rent for a minimum of 3 months) was invaluable.

I have had the locker rented for around of period of 4 months (25sq. ft) and I can comfortably say that I had great experience with these guys. I will start with positives: First of all, you get a free option to have your stuff moved into a locker which reduces expenses by quite a bit. Secondly, I have done some research and Henfield offers best prices across London (especially considering that Southwark units are so close to the center) and comparing to the competitors in the business I have saved around ~30£/pm. In addition, staff are very responsive and friendly (I have been overcharged because of moving out early but that was sorted immediately and I got a refund in few days). All the initial paperwork and cancelling went very smooth and well. Negatives: Open hours might be a bit short and would like them to be open for longer BUT consider the price and all the factors I have stated above you cannot get any better than that. As I said, I really have no complaints about my experience with Henfield Southwark Units and would definitely recommend using their services especially for those who need storage in southeastern part of London.

He turned up for collection on time and was very proactive in helping us load the van. Good and helpful staff. Went through the contract step and step and explained everything clearly. I chose a 15 sq unit and was quite spacious. Unit door can be locked with 1 or 2 padlocks. The unit could have had some cleaning. Rest were satisfying.

Excellent service, smooth from start to finish. I reserved online with a £10 deposit and was pleasantly surprised to find that even though they were cheaper than all the big storage companies they also offer free collection, so we saved the cost of hiring a van as well. Kris called me on the morning of our move-in to let us know he would be over in half an hour and he helped us with loading and unloading the van and putting our items into the storage unit. He even gave us tips on how to pack the unit so we’d fit everything in. I couldn’t have asked for more helpful friendly service, after all the stress of packing and moving out it was like a breath of fresh air. Will definitely use Henfield again if I need storage in London.

I loved it. This is another company that understands it's product and customers, with a laser focus on doing that in the best and least expensive way. As a result, they are often 2/3 less than the cost of other inner London storage companies. They also treat their customers better and no scams or other undesirable actions that many other competitors engage in. Bottom line is lowest costs for storage in London, excellent customer service, and excellent reputation and ratings from their customers - and they earned their almost 5 star rating the old fashioned way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This place is excellent. The guys there (Peter, Ashley, and Chris was who I dealt with) are personable and friendly. The company does what it says on the can. No games. When I first moved some boxes they were more than helpful....help given with a smile. Rare these days. The value is good too and I was set up with a good size unit for a competitive price. The rate only went up a little bit the second year. The facility is clean and very professionally managed. I highly recommend. UPDATE: I have now renewed my yearly rental for the 4th year and again as usual, the service is EXCELLENT....no issues, my locker is safe and sound. I highly suggest giving this very professional place consideration when getting quotes for storage. You will not be disappointed. Various different size storage units all at a different range of prices depending on how big or how small a unit you will require with 24-hour CCTV monitoring the units and security Gates before you enter offering a good secure unit at a reasonable price. Also for a additional fee they can offer transportation of larger items to the storage unit itself
