Very professional, super happy with the service we received. Ken called ahead to discuss the move and informed me of his arrival time. Super friendly and clearly a pro at what he does as moving our furniture up four flights of spiral staircase was definitely not easy! Would definitely recommend using Man And Van London.

These guys were amazing. Got back to me really quickly when I made contact initially. Their previous job ran over time because the other customer didn't allow enough time on the booking. They called me as soon as this became clear and immediately offered to give me another man on my job free of charge to compensate for the delay and ensure that the job was done as quickly as it would have been. I thought this was great customer service - I didn't even have to ask. They arrived at the revised time. They didn't break anything. Did the job really quickly. Were courteous to deal with. The price was really inexpensive and cheaper than I'd expected. I was so pleased with them and would definitely use them again. I dealt with Steve and he was one of the guys on the job - he was a really nice guy and so was his colleague.

Great service! Lee helped us move our belongings and dog to our new home. He was very friendly and showed extra care since we had our dog with us. Unfortunately he was late due to a previous appointment overrun but he kept us constantly updated on his progress and it was really not under his control.

Charming driver who helped move some bulky stuff I couldn't lift. Great to talk to while driving to my storage place, and was even willing to make a quick pit stop to pick up a friend's bag. Prices were reasonable, if not plain ol' cheap. Driver was reliable, friendly, on-time, efficient, charming, helpful and kind. I would recommend no other moving services, and plan to use Man and Van London again and again and again.

Excellent service. Lee was extremely helpful and patient when I confronted him with the monster pile of stuff we had to move. We completely filled his LWB van to the roof and back door and ended up taking twice as long as we had originally planned for. Lee had no complaints about the extra time and put in a massive effort to get everything off the van at the other end in record time.

Wonderful service from these guys! I booked a couple of weeks before because I had to move 6 big boxes to my new flat. The driver (Lee in my case) arrived in time, he was super efficient and fast. Moving out stuff was not a problem, because there was the elevator from 5th floor. I was concerned about moving in the stuff to the new flat because the elevator was out of service and my flat was at 2nd floor. Lee brought all the boxes to the 2nd floor just using the stairs. He fully deserved a tip at the end of the work. I will surely use this service again for my future moves.

Ken collected me at LHR with a ton of bags and then to 3 different drop off points. He was absolutely great, so helpful and just a really lovely guy- and considering I was sitting in a van with him for 3 hours, that is a very important thing! Will defo be using Man & Van again!
