P. M.We recently moved from London down to Bournemouth and from start to finish Phoenix Removal's were excellent. Mike came around to assess the move and introduce himself and was not surprised at all of the stuff we had.
He was very professional and made us feel very relaxed about the move which considering this was a big move for us was excellent.
On the day they were punctual, and Mike's team were really lovely and not at any stage did they complain about anything.
They were very reasonable with their quote and over the whole move, it went so smoothly that we couldn't have wished for more.
It was a long day for them especially having to drive back from Bournemouth to London but they all had smiles on their faces as they bid farewell to us.
I would definitely use Mike's services again if I was to move. Thanks Mike and team for your help. We couldn't have done it without you 😃

I’ve had bad experiences in the past so was a bit nervous, but Mike was reassuring, professional and thorough from the quote to the actual move. The rates were super reasonable, and the service was top tier. Communication before our move was great, with speedy responses to my questions and a visit to our house beforehand to check how it would all work. Our belongings were looked after really well, and the packing of our very numerous belongings into the van must be some dark magic because it’s amazing how well it all fitted. Despite working incredibly hard, Mike and his team were really friendly and good natured.
When I was deciding which mover to go with it helped me to see recent reviews to know everything was legit, so I hope if you’re reading this you’ll book in with Pheonix removal services because they’ll do a great job.
