From the start, everyone was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable about the challenges of getting an upright piano out of an upstairs flat with lots of stairs and then safe delivery to its new house (downstairs location this time!). Totally recommend this company if you need a piano moved in London.

Andy and the crew did an amazing job, they moved my piano up 4 flights of stairs, and navigated a very difficult job. Andy also visited the delivery location with a cardboard cut out of one side of the piano, which was was a great idea. I can't praise highly enough, thank you! I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking to move their piano.

Highly recommended. I got quotes from a few piano movers and the North London Piano Transport was by far the most professional and responsive. They had full insurance, could answer any questions, and were available quickly. On the day they showed up on time, communicated their arrival time beforehand, transported the piano carefully, and protected the carpets and furniture. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have used this company twice over the past three years to move my piano when I moved house. 'Heavy' does not do justice to how weighty this item is. One of the properties had a steep narrow staircase and they made very quick work of it. Everyone from Andy and Barbara I corresponded with, to the guys who moved the piano on the day were friendly, professional and cooperative. Hoping I wont need to move the piano again but would definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. They were extremely quick to respond to my request for a quote, were the lowest quote that I found and the service on the day was professional and efficient. They picked up on time, they called when they were twenty minutes away from final delivery, the two workers were personable and swift. Superb service from this outfit. Calm careful and clearly skilled operators. Last time we moved our piano it was with general movers and it took more than four people to lift it and it was back breaking. Oh my goodness, so friendly and efficient. I rang them yesterday and my piano was delivered today. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Back in 2015, they got my Kawai upright out of a house (through a very tight corridor), into a van and then into a new flat a few miles in a total of about 45 minutes. As if that wasn't impressive enough, they got the same piano onto a houseboat with a few years later, with not even a scratch. I wouldn't ask anybody else to move my piano now.
