No wonder they have been in business so long. To keep it brief, I contracted Pickfords to move me from Belfast to China and then to Japan. Dealing primarily with Tracey Neuville, she managed all my shipment and storage with expert efficiency over a period of nearly two years! I cannot praise her enough. Surprising after being in storage for so long and then being shipped by sea, there was very little damp and mildew and 95% of my belongings arrived just as I had packed them. Any damages which did occur were likely caused at the Belfast end of the chain (so-so removers). If there is one complaint, then it would be their Japanese office which I found quite incompetent and certainly not up to the UK standard. That aside, in the end, all my problems with that end of the operation were dealt with professionally and expediently by London staff, and I would highly recommend you use this company. A side note: I think some people imagine Pickfords are expensive so don't bother getting a quote. My experience has taught be that in fact, not only were they the cheapest initial quote, but the lack of damages and thefts means they actually worked out very inexpensive indeed.

Worked here for a number of months and I must say you could not ask for a more caring Boss who consequently was the owner; although many of the workers there seemed to fear Yogesh Mehta I found him the nicest person there. He was real, understanding and very caring which you couldnt really ask for much more. It was a shame about the others who worked there, :( !! A great experience and great meeting such a lovely genuine man.

(Original) Rozładunek trwał 3 godziny. Nie ma parkingu przed firmą, ani nie można stać na firmie. Ciasny dojazd jak na zestaw. Ogólnie ok.
