I used Reloux to move from London to Italy. I also had them store my goods for several months. This was a complicated move since I did not know where I was moving yet in Italy and also the process got delayed 3 months. Regardless, Reloux handled it very well. Yev was a legend and always responsive to my asks well (and immediately). The furniture arrived in full and with virtually NO damage. On top of that the price was competitive. So yes... I 110% recommend you use this company for your moves.

Reloux have moved us twice in 6 months. They were amazing both times. Great communications, responsive and thoughtful. They packed for us as well as moved everything. All items were sensitively wrapped and logically sorted. They are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. When items had to be dismantled (beds for example) they reconstructed them swiftly and perfectly. Highly recommended.

We had a really great time with this company. Communication was excellent from start to finish, often even outside normal business hours. The packaging was flawless, fast but also with extreme attention to all the smallest details; the materials used are really excellent: very resistant cartons, adhesive tape that detaches easily from them - to facilitate the recycling of the carton - but which, at the same time, seals them very well. The agreed price was the lower of the three quotes we had asked other companies. Delivery was also very fast and perfect: everything arrived at its destination without the slightest damage. I had been planning a move back to the UK from Bodensee, Austria for over three months, and selected Reloux on the basis of quality reviews and from perceived quality from their web-site. It was a good decision. From the first interaction, Yev and his team were responsive, understanding and thoughtful about all aspects of the project move. At all times over this three month period, the Reloux team were a huge support, always available and accessible. On the day of the move from Austria, the team were highly organised, motivated, friendly, polite, careful and thorough in all they had to do. They made the experience as stress-free as possible. There were some late complications, all around customs difficulty at border controls, but Yev responded to the challenge and found a solution, that delivered the shipment home in good time, and on schedule. Credit for this. Overall, a first rate service, both in the planning and execution. Highly recommended, very trustworthy.

Reloux was amazing moving my stuff from London to Holland. There was absolutely no fuss. All they do is move your things. In a pandemic, I was worried for a terribly stressful experience, but with great communication everything got sorted on time. They arrived a lot later on moving day than scheduled, but to compromise they stuck my stuff on a direct van and all my belongings arrived safely in Holland 1 and a halve day later. Amazing! Great communication, quick service and an amazing price. Highly recommend.

Reloux provides excellent service. Always responding quickly and friendly. Because I was only moving 10 boxes from Belfast, they proposed to use UPS to do the move for me. This worked quite alright, except that in Belgium UPS provided poor service by failing to deliver the packages and not calling me or taking contact with me to arrange a new delivery, so they sent back everything to Reloux. Reloux then offered to move the boxes itself on its own costs to repair what had happened. They made true on this promise, for which I am very grateful.

5 star experience! I wanted to move my belongings and some furniture from London to Amsterdam but I was already in Amsterdam. I expected this to be a nightmare scenario but with these guys, it was the easiest move I've ever done (and I've moved many times). Excellent communication, transparent, competitive price, quick, I genuinely cannot recommend the services of this company enough. I was kept informed about the progress of the delivery at every step of the way and when the truck arrived in Amsterdam, the guys delivering were brilliant. I think the biggest surprise for me was how well everything was wrapped and packaged. The level of care that went into protecting the items made me realise this is the only moving company I am going to work with from now on. It is because of reviews that I contacted Reloux, I encourage everyone to share their true experience as we all benefit from that.

Very pleased with my experience with Reloux overall ! I had 10 boxes moved from York to Berlin and they arrived 2 days after collection (Tracking was available). Cheapest quote I had amongst many other moving companies. Personally I would have preferred to book my collection dates a month in advance but everything went fine with asking for collection 2-3 days in advance. They were fast to answer emails most of times. Thanks a lot Reloux ! Would recommend !
