I cannot thank Bart, Lucas, and Chris enough for their help!!!! We moved two months ago and I had a 9 month old baby, a partner who had just had back surgery, and a half-packed flat 😭. These three wonderful people arrived with a helpful attitude and removed all of the stress from what I thought was going to be a horrible day. They were very careful to ensure everything was picked up and moved without even a scratch. I’d hire them again in an instant myself and cannot recommend them enough to anyone considering using them. I hope these three get a hefty Christmas bonus! They deserve it!

We used these guys to pack up a 5 storey house, move half of it into storage and then move the rest into a one floor flat. They were brilliant: turned up bang on time each day, worked solidly throughout, and got everything done within the 2 days promised. And they went the extra mile - e.g. dismantling a guinea pig hutch that would not go through a door and then rebuilding it at the other end. They were also all unfailingly pleasant to us and our children. Fantastic.

Arrived on time, packaged breakables carefully, kept detailed inventory. I had more stuff than anticipated so it required a return visit with van. Not a problem, quickly arranged, back and reloaded within 4 hours. Small charge for extra packing time but not transit time. Items stored in minimum number of units, with photos provided. I chose this firm off the internet because they specialised in combined removals and storage. Turned out to be a perfect choice. I would recommend them to anyone and trust them for a local, national or international move.

I’ve been very impressed with the service from Removals and Storage Experts LTD; the initial enquiry and quote was provided within an hour and we booked a 3-man team and Luton van to remove goods from my home in the Cheshire, to their storage facility. All communication throughout has been superb. The removals team were so polite, friendly and very thorough. They were highly professional and took great care loading some very heavy and fragile items from a very difficult location (my home is on a busy A road with no parking or vehicular access). Moving home is incredibly stressful and I cannot thank the team enough for the care they’ve taken, allowing me to have peace of mind. I have to say that having spoken with this company initially, my expectations of a good service were really high. I'm delighted that their guys and the whole process of removing my home into storage exceeded my expectations. They were very professional, courteous and most importantly took great care of my things to ensure they weren't damaged in any way. I had wrapped most items myself over about 3 days but even this wasn't up to their high standards, so they kindly added further wrapping and protection where necessary. When we arrived at my friend's store everything was off loaded and put away very carefully, making sure my possessions would not be damaged when stored and boxes were places so I would know what was in them. Fantastic job from start to finish. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Don't hesitate, book them now! Well done guys!

On moving day, the team blitzed the move and were very careful with all our items. We left a huge picture for them to pack on site and it was a joy to see them wrap it professionally, safely and in no time with the materials they brought with them in their removal van. We had the need to put our belongings in storage until works in our new home were finished. So I found it a definitive plus that there was an option for storage and then delivery at a later, chosen date. I cannot fault the guys from Removals and Storage at all. They were quick and efficient, loaded everything with care, nothing at all is damaged in transit and they were really polite and friendly too. I would definitely recommend using them for a move and I’ve recommended them to friends as well. We ended up having more boxes than we originally thought but they didn’t increase the cost or anything and the van was big enough anyway. 10/10 would recommend.

I normally do not leave feedback but this company went way beyond what was expected of them. Staff were efficient, courteous and when we managed to fill both of the vehicles supplied due to US underestimating the amount we had to move, another van and extra staff arrived within 30 minutes to assist. The removals team, despite invoicing on an hourly basis, worked fast and efficiently. I had done most of the packing but they completed the work, having to dismount some big furniture and put it back together at destination. The admin was great too: I asked for a rescheduling and it was done easily, and after all this it turned out I had somehow not paid the deposit beforehand. I am pleased with their performance and would definitely recommend them.
