We recently used Safe Removals for our office and storage move over 2 days. On both moves, the removal teams were amazing! Hard working, helpful and patient. The lead up to the move, everyone behind the scenes was very helpful. The only grumble was that the storage move could have been made easier if the vehicle has a tail lift as there was a lot of items and some of them were very heavy. But apart from that, first class service from start to finish!

From the beginning our experience with Safe Removals was very pleasant. From the initial conversation over the phone we knew that we are dealing with professionals. We arranged an estimate visit with Safe Removals estimator Brett who arrived on time. After couple of hours we received our quote on email. We had received other quotes, some cheaper some more expensive, but we've decided to book Safe Removals (reading their reviews on this website first!). We've made a good decision. The crew arrived on time, loaded everything carefully. They even helped us load our vehicle (which we said we'll do ourselves). The moving team arrived in Nottingham and had to wait for us 20 minutes. We tried to apologies for the delay (We have a toddler), but everything we said or asked for met only one response from the team" "no problem". My advice to anyone moving is this: Moving is stressful whatever you do. To minimise the stress of moving, hire Safe Removals. Simple.

I would like to express my satisfaction with the relocation service that Safe Removals gave us during the week. The removal men who did the packing and dismantling were of a very jovial and friendly nature. They were at the same time committed to the task at hand and knew what they were doing at all time. We had a good experience with Safe Removals. We chose them because they worked on a Sunday and were able to come to survey our flat to give us a firm price in writing. They packed up, disassembled furniture, moved flats, and reassembled furniture. All the boxes were very well packed, and everything went very smoothly. Our move took 14hrs with 2 men(!), so I think the survey had under-estimated how long it would take. We tipped the boys well to hopefully make up for their late night.

My experience with Safe Removals was great. A gentleman named Brett came to the property to give me an estimate, and he was really nice. On the day of the moving, two young men took all of our things all by themselves and the did not cause any damage at all. They worked very hard going up and down 3 sets of stairs. I booked Safe Removals for a house move from London to Lincolnshire (100 miles) The removal men were courteous and efficient and although there were some issues with fitting my belongings into the van, the company went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly and I was accommodated very well. Communication needed a bit of attention, but all in all I would use this company again. The service is great value for money and I want to make a special mention for Patrick, Martin, Conrad and Christian, who were the team who looked after me. There were no breakages , damages or losses to my belongings and the team placed all my belongings into my new home precisely where the labels said they should go...EXCELLENT SERVICE. These guys were simply incredible. We had a horrendous day which involved all sorts of stress, and absolutely none of it came from them. Packing job bigger than they expected? No problem - they just sent another truck at no extra charge. 6 hour wait to get the keys? No problem - they were completely understanding. No keys until 10am the next day? No problem - they kept the stuff in the truck overnight and only charged us for the extra hours of unpacking the next day. Lovely, hard-working boys: I would recommend without reservation.

We recently used safe removals for our move. From the beginning we felt confident with safe removals. On the day the guys that came were really good, hard working, polite and just got on with the job. I commend them for their attitude. There was just one small problem the Luton van was too small I was expecting a bigger one, but in the end we managed to take the remaining things in our car and van. Despite this minor judgement I would recommend and use safe removals again.

Reasonably good experience. They arrived on time and were efficient in loading the vans. They were polite and reasonably friendly. They also unloaded the items in good time. They took their shoes off to protect the carpets. They had good covers for items such as sofas, mattresses and TVs etc. The only negative point was that one of the guys was quite clumsy, he bashed large items into walls and dropped my printer without any apology. The other two guys were very good. Overall I would happily recommend them.

The service was excellent and the team were very flexible. I had a complicated move, with lots of different items needed from different rooms while leaving many other things in the house. The team packed everything rapidly and carefully, and were flexible to allow a few extra items I had forgotten in the quote, even dropping off a couple of rubbish bags at the dump. The whole thing was arranged and finished within a week! Not the cheapest quote I had but worth every penny for the peace of mind.

Quick, safe hands and no worries about the new flat being up 2 flights of stairs. the guys dismantled furniture swiftly and reassembled at the other end as well and had boxes for all the hanging clothes meaning less to pack as well. I had a team of 3 who were friendly and helpful. They turned up on time packed my stuff and moved it over to the new location efficiently. They turned up later at my convenience to pick up the boxes I did not need after unpacking. The only reservation I have is that they packed unrelated things into the same box. For example placed clothes / suits on top of electric fans. cleaning stuff were mixed with food items. I was also surprised that they did not use trolleys to move heavy boxes. None of my furniture was damaged and nothing was lost in transit.

After a stressful few weeks in the run up to our move, the day I was dreading arrived and I couldn't have hoped for a more seamless move! Workers were extremely professional and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, the only item during the whole move that got broken was a lamp that my husband dropped (typical!) - in fact, they probably packed everything with far more care than I would have done myself!!! This is third time using SR . They pack and label really sensibly and are so helpful & careful with the goods. I moved from Islington to Battersea & forgot to dispose 2 leftovers ; a sealed bag of a biscuit another sealed bag of some 20 g of crisps. It was all carefully packed and intact. I rated 4 * as the price was a bit higher than my neighbour"s who used different removal firms. The movers themselves are absolutely amazing. I HIGHLY recommend SR.

Quite happy with the whole experience. The move was quickly arranged, couple of e-mails and it was all set. The quays showed up late because of traffic, but called to let us know. The only issue was that I had asked for wardrobe boxes and they hadn't brought enough, but they four someone to bring some more. The guys didn't mess about, moved quite quickly and managed to fit everything in the truck. We have a massive bed with we was quite difficult to get into our flat when we bought it. No issues with it this time, they gout it out in no time. Over all no complaints, very good price and will recommend them happily.
