I found the staff of safestore so kind.so friendly so helpful and so januine and sincere.i was treated with utmost respect and dignity.they guided me step by step without leaving any question none answer .I never felt any stress any mistrust. Atmosphere was so warm and trustworthy. I just think I found a few Goodmans in safestorage Clapham and I recommend you if you want a storage with padlock of trust and peace of mind plus your storage padlock give it a try .you won't regreat .I wish I could remember the name of all of the sales team but I just remember gentelman named samir and his team which I just gonna say well done to your all and keep up a good work

I had a very large, unusually shaped sofa that I needed storing and Safestore Clapham team went above and beyond to accommodate me, they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and allowed me to try putting it into multiple different rooms until we found one that would fit through the door. The team were extremely nice and helpful throughout, they made every effort to help whenever we encountered a problem, such as the sofa being too large for the lift. They sorted everything out quickly, responded to emails in a very timely manner and I think if it wasn't for them moving that sofa would have been a really horrible experience.

I have had an excellent experience with Safestore Clapham, from the initial extremely helpful phone enquiry through to collecting the padlock. Staff at all times were friendly (and patient) showing me different sized units and providing information for transportation too. The service they offered made the whole business of acquiring a unit easy! Definitely a five star experience and one I can highly recommend.

I can thoroughly recommend Safestore Self Storage Clapham! I stored my belongings there when I had to vacate my flat whilst being stuck abroad during COVID and the staff could not have been more accommodating, helping my movers, keeping me up to date and answering all my questions. When I vacated the storage unit, I had to change plans last minute due to a health emergency and again the staff did everything they could to help and to keep me updated. All for a very affordable price.

Excellent service and facility at Clapham SafeStore!! The staff have been really friendly and professional. Initially before moving in Steed was super patient and helpful showing me a lot of rooms to make sure I was happy I got the right one as was committing to a year contract. I chose the best one for me and was very happy with the size, shape and cleanliness. Steed held the room till the next day and sent through the I.D proof stuff ASAP. On moving in on the next day I met Samir who carried on the process and also very helpful and friendly. What I really liked is he’d make a point of asking if I was happy with each step so nothing got messed up and then lent me a padlock until the next day whilst I moved my stuff in and then I got my old padlock back from my previous storage. He showed me how everything worked, where everything was, finished off my contract and sorted out my 24 hour access code (which there is no extra charge for unlike some of their competitors!) Overall really happy - been here a couple of weeks now and all been perfect! Thanks guys for making it a good experience overall! :-) Cheers Pat

We had a great experience at this safe store. We were only supposed to store our stuff for 1 month but ended up staying 6 months due to construction delays. They were extremely flexible. The place is clean, the staff is always nice, access is easy. Kel the manager was extremely helpful, understanding and kind during our stay. He and the rest of the staff are always running around helping clients or just doing things to make the place more “enjoyable”.

We had a lovely time at the store. Friendly,polite and helpful staff. Haseeb (the store manager) was amazing. When we visited the store for the first time, he took us through different storage facilities and discussed different prices for each of them in a very professional manner. We didn't take anything that day as we wanted to see what was out there. So he promised to match any price we find in other stores. Sure enough, when we did, we went back to the store a little bit apprehensive. But he did honour his promise and matched the lower price we had found. Price and facilities are excellent and my unit was organised by a chap called Kel, who was professional and well organised. 24 hour access was a one off payment of £12 which made the unit an excellent option for us. The chap who checked me in (Hass) was so helpful, patient and efficient. It was quick and easy to sort everything out. It's a great location, easy access with a fob to come and go and the storage spaces are in fine condition. The prices aren't bad either!

Staff is very helpful, because the building is for storage purpose made there is good ventilation and not risk of humidify to affect the goods. I have to renew the contract several times and Safestore always offered me good competitive prices that allow me to use the facilities longer. Also provided with information for van rental and help to get a good discount from the car rental company.
