Great customer service from Safestore, very impressed with the help and information I received prior to renting a unit. I dealt with Maaret initially who was very helpful and then Daryll, store manager when I signed up to take a unit. Both were polite, helpful and promptly replied to emails. The facility itself is secure, very clean and well managed, parking and moving items into storage is straightforward. Overall from the storage facilities I researched this was by far the best.

I stored a lot of stuff here when moving house - staff are friendly and you can get hold of them pretty easily. Rates are pretty good, easily accessible by car or train. I think the key thing for me was that when I gave my two weeks notice of closing down the account there was no fuss and no excess charge.

This is my first time using a storage company, and I have to say that this company have ensured it will not be the last . I was running late to bring my goods to the unit and despite being frazzled, the store manager Kel was both patient and completely understanding. He dealt with me in a kind and considerate way and showed no annoyance or impatience when I further delayed things when I couldn't find my I.D. I fully recommend this storage company and branch and look forward to receiving first class customer service from them whilst my belongings are with them.

I find it brilliant! Being able to store everything in my own locked container until I've made space for it at home is amazing. However a little concerned a large amount of mouse bait boxes have appeared in the last few days..... Currently enjoying the 50% discount for first 8 weeks but not looking forward to cost increase after this. Will more than likely consider some cheaper alternatives.

Plenty parking available friendely service rear loading bay for deliveries via rear entrance for larger trucks where i have had my own personal delivery sent and friendly staff signed and held for me. My experience with Maaret was great! She was really helpful and kind; we had a nice chat while sorting out the paperwork. She even agreed with me that a downgrade in size from the unit I was originally planning to rent was more sensible (so she didn't "upsell" me space that I did not need), which I really appreciated. Move in process was easy (with the help with Amr, world's best TaskRabbiter!). Would recommend!

Not much to say really, it's a storage unit. 24 hour access if you pay for it. Only gripe is that there is not much parking space which could prove very inconvenient at some point if you turn up with a car full of stuff and have no where to park. One thing of note is that it is kept clean.

Very helpful especially considering the items I stored were very large and tricky to manoeuvre. When it appeared I wouldn't have enough space the staff gave me plenty of time to establish whether or not I would need to upgrade to a larger room. I was offered water whilst unloading the van and when I asked for a brush to sweep up the mess I had made outside of the storage room they insisted they would do it for me. Impressed with my experience.

Good place to store your stuff. Not sure about price and other lots but, the staff are kind and there are many doors to use to unload your vehicle. There is also lots of trolleys to use if you go at a none busy time. The place is 24/7 so you are free to go at any time because the place is locked at night. The place is very secure and very spacious is you go and none busy times. Overall..... Would use again if the price was better.

The Safestore Crystal Palace branch is very efficiently managed and provides safe clean storage units of varying sizes. My only reason for terminating my contrast is the 50% price rise in 2020, which was obviously charging long-term storage unit holders a huge increase to make them pay for the loss in short-term business associated with house moves occasioned by the pandemic.
