Extremely satisfactory and pleasant experience with Safestore Bermondsey shop. Managers and staff are very helpful and responsive in communications even before we visited the shop, answering all my questions and concerns. We were warmly received in the shop by the pleasant and courteous staff, Sean and his colleague, who offered the most efficient and professional services, including helping us to choose the most suitable store-space for our luggage (we requested a too large space in the pre-booking). Highly recommended service, and we will certainly return to this excellent shop and its people whenever we have the need in the future. Thank you very much, Sean, Matt and everybody.

I can recommend anyone looking for self storage facility around SE1 and SE16 to go to Safestore Bermondsey as the staff, Sean, Tom and Kassim are very helpful and friendly in recommending the type of storage most suitable to my needs. They had no hesitation to give the discount and LPG when available. This is the first time I used self storage and they made the whole experience very friendly and easy.

It was an excellent experience in this safestore-Bermondsey! All the staff are very kind people, and they give me a lot of help. Especially the manage Mrs. Erum, she extented her working time, sacrificed her own time to help us store our luggages. We really appreciate what she did for us. If next time I have a need to store something, I will choose this place with no hesitation. I really recommend this place!

Very friendly customer service: I had help deciding on how much storage space me and my flatmate would need, then had some removal suggestions from Safestore. Once I got to fill my storage unit, I was an hour early and the store manager gave me access as soon as she arrived even though Safestore wasn't opened yet. She was very flexible and patient throughout this stressful day as I needed to go back and forth.. Great experience overall! However, as opposed to the Safestore I used in Glasgow the Bermondsey Safestore isn't accessible 24/7, so it is important to keep in mind and show up when the reception is open ;)
