Excellent service. In particular when receiving goods in and suppliers not addressing the packages correctly - Safestore checked and worked out that the packages were for me and did not just reject them.

My experience at Safestore Notting Hill has been great. The staff are very helpful, I received all details by email before renting the space. The contract signing was easy. The price compared to other places is reasonable. I recommend it.

I kept my goods in storage for 8 months and I did not have any issues. The staff were very proactive in assisting me when I needed help with anything. Only downfall, is the increase in rates in the last few months but its understandable. Overall, good storage space, clean and your goods will be kept safe.

I called safestore as I needed a storage space same day and spoke to Jason in customer service who was super helpful. He arranged for a space at Notting Hill branch where Marco helped me complete the booking within an hour! He couldn’t do enough to help and went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Very easy to deal with, very accommodating. Painless rental process. Prices are what I’d expect given the location. Easily walkable from ladbroke grove tube station which was perfect for me as I just had some bags to store.

Me and my daughter found this storage space last minute to keep her extra luggage from school before going back to our home country in a week's time. We were being served by Fatma and Cornel, they were extremely helpful and friendly. And they tried their best to work our the best deal for a short term storage for us! Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for good value storage space in Central London! Much better value than the left luggage service at train stations. Thanks again to Fatma and Cornel!
