We needed to rent a locker for six months and are so glad we chose Wimbledon. Vik was brilliant from the outset, nothing was too much trouble and he really made us feel looked after. We got a great deal and had no issues whatsoever. Excellent value and service, very highly recommended.

Safestore Self Storage Wimbledon is a convenient location and facility. Levi, is friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that potential clients feel confident with the services offered. I can't fault Safestore. Self storage is a competitive business and ultimately I did choose another facility for personal reasons which have nothing to do with cost or offerings.

Great service, the staff is very helpful and kind, no hidden charges, they even help you to save some money with providing the right size unit if you happened to choose a bigger one than what you really need. Way much cheaper than those other big storage companies. Can only recommend.

These guys have been amazing from start to finish. To hire is super easy and fast, and it's the same at the end of your hire agreement. No messing about. I hired a space here for about 1.5 years and I didn't visit the space the whole entire time. My stuff were in an immaculate condition at the end of the year and a half. My clothes were still smelling fresh, just like they would be if they were staying in my bedroom cupboard. I didn't need to wash anything. No water damage, no rust or any other inconvenience at all. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I used this service because I had to find a storage urgently due to an unexpected moving. I never rent a storage and I was very stressed due to my situation, Samir took the time over the phone to explain to me the process, he was very kind and helpful. When I came in the storage, Kami made me sign all the papers and answered ALL of my questions. That time I was the very annoying customer who doesn't understand anything, who is stressed and doesn't hear anything (I'm quite ashamed) but this guy was patient calm smiling which I did appreciated because I was all by myself with all my flat stuff (bed, table, clothes(no friends to help at all...)) very stressed, it was a nightmare etc. I ended up leaving my stuff for only 2 days, so I got a refund. It was back in January 2018, and each week I said to myself: you need to leave a review because their behaviours considerably helped reduce my stress and permitted me to take care of others urgent things and not worry about my stuff. Just to say, prices are good, amazing staff, I am very happy about my experience. Thank you Samir, Kami and all the staff of Safestore Wimbledon.

What a bunch of Legends! Had an interview and needed to keep my suitcase somewhere and they gave me a hold for a week for only £5! It’s so cheap and was even given a padlock. Didn’t think going to a safe store would be such a great experience but the store manager Vikrant was a real legend. He even gave me directions and tips for my interview. Hope I get the job so I can store random items just to see the lads. Thanks again!

Friendly staff. Easy access. Clean unit. Am loving it so far. The only, very minor, improvement I can think of would be to get rid of the small step up into the warehouse - the wooden ramp doesn't really do the job so it is quite hard to get a loaded trolley over the threshold.
