We used Santa Fe to relocate from London to Netherlands. Due to COVID we couldn't be there so Santa Fe did all the packing for us (two person flat). Obviously bit uncomfortable to have strangers do the packing, but we did several shirt video calls when there were questions. Everything worked fine and within a morning two weeks later, everything was unpacked and packaging taken away. Not the cheapest option, but the result was worth it for us. So from my personal experience, I would recommend it to friends.
