I needed to temporarily store all of my belongings in a storage unit for a month while moving flats, and I was really happy with the team here! They helped me to pick out the right size unit and never tried to upsell me, which I appreciated. There are lots of trolleys available, and the staff here even helped to move some of my items to my unit and stack them neatly. The prices were very reasonable so I'd definitely recommend CityStore to others

I was flustered due to being homeless, however he took time to ensure I understood the process and made sure I was comfortable. He is honestly an asset to the team and truly deserves a pay rise. Moving is always stressful so I was relieved that the team at CityStore took some of that stress away from me. From inviting me in to show me different sized units (I had no idea what size I needed) and using their amazing, magical box-Tetris skills on moving day to help me fit all my stuff in a unit I was convinced was too small, to saying 'hi' or giving me a wave on the numerous occasions I've had to go back to pick up something I've put away and later realised I needed. I highly recommend using them :-)

Peter and the team were great, very reasonably priced and super friendly and helpful. We have been using CityStore Self Storage Camden for a half a year now and I can't recommend them enough. Everything is kept immaculately clean, they are happy to accept deliveries on our behalf so we don't always have to be there, the process for bringing heavy objects is made so easy with the drive in option and the abundance of trolleys, our storage feels exceedingly secure with the high tech security and the added insurance we took out with them (I should note this was entirely optional). Most importantly, this company has a real interest in helping the local community and provide free or reduced cost storage for charities and not-for-profit organisations in their local area.

Excellent storage facility. The Central London location is great for storing our tools etc between jobs. They have 24 hour security so I trust that our equipment is safe. The staff too are always helpful.

Friendly staff, very clean inside, much bigger inside than you'd think, a bit like the TARDIS. The only downside is delivery bays are quite tight if you have a big vehicle, and it would be hard otherwise to get close to the entrance

It's not the cheapest storage but it's centrally located and the staff are very helpful. I have thought about moving to a cheaper place but then never actually do because it's so friendly, clean, pleasant, and easily accessible here!
