I was looking to storage my 2 seater sofa and a shelf. I didn't need much space for it. I received a call from Mathew in the morning about my reservation. He was happy to answer all my questions and helped me pick the best size of the storage unit. When I arrived on the same day, he welcomed me with a smile and friendly chat. The storage is clean and looks really safe. The registration process was very quick and everything was explained to me with details, so I was sure how the entire process works. He helped me move my things to the storage space as well. He was incredibly helpful and kind. If I would ever have a company, I would love people like him to be a part of it!

Shurguard storage I've been with them for a number of year's. Given me good discounts at the time but a bit expensive in the Blackbird Hill Branch. Great company and there units are ample. There is price differences in size units with Shurgard you just need to do your research depends where you live Eg.. In Blackbird Hill I asked about a 65sqft and it was much cheaper in Park Royal branch. Anyway as I say do your investigation on pricing

If that member of staff says that she is going to do something she will get it done and call you back to inform you of what has happened. This lady goes the extra mile and i cannot understand fir the work that she is doing keep the customers happy why is she not part of the management team. A truck ran into my car on shurgard forecourt and the lady was so sympathetic ensuring that i was alright I am not sure about the managers at shurgard as i am still waiting for them to live yp to their promise in regards of my storage. There are so many storage rooms to choose from, they come in different sizes. The staff give great advice and are exceptionally helpful. You can purchase storage boxes from here which handy.
