STORED Storage London has made a positive impression on my family and me. I, along with my family, have used storage london facilities several times over the past few years. We have always enjoyed the excellent customer service. With their proactive behaviour and fast problem-solving manner, they have proved that their customers are their priority. Whenever an issue arises, they have always been very accommodating and understanding. Their prices are also reasonable, cheap & affordable. In comparison to other companies, they offer great deals and promotions. I’ve always been satisfied with all their services. They are providing affordable & cheap storage units facility options. Keep up the excellent work!

Costa & Adrian we’re great, so helpful & efficient! Definitely would recommend. Slot was between 9-6am and they called an hour before arriving to give me notice. Also very helpful bringing packages up stairs!

I had to put in storage one of my friend's belongings and relied on Stored for help. Two polite gents arrived very promptly at the scheduled time, labeled all the boxes, created a list of items and picked up everything in less than 15 minutes. Very professional, very quick and very hassle free. Would use their service again.

I’m quite satisfied. There was a little scare that they might not show up on the scheduled date. Thankfully i manage to get in touch with the team to get clarification. I wish that there were better options to track or communicate with the drivers so we know that they are on their way. The drivers/removal specialists themselves were excellent. I've used Stored several times over the past few years and have always enjoyed the excellent customer experience at reasonable prices. The moving experience goes smoothly with Stored, the teams who do the pick up/drop are understanding and do their best to help. The team arrived on time and helped with carrying my things up some narrow staircases, which otherwise would have been a real struggle for me.

I used byStored to store my items during a gap year. They had best prices I could find and you don’t have to worry about using their boxes as other storage companies ask, whatever you pack however you pack it they will just come and collect it. Their terms and conditions are very easy to read. They also provide grates free of charge to make your life easier and they were only company I could find that let you book an hour slot for your collection from early morning till late evening every day, which was essential for me as I couldn’t afford to be sitting in the house whole day waiting for my stuff to be picked up. The whole team from office staff to movers was always friendly, proactive and ready to help. I am so pleased with their service. A year down the line, I moved to a new place; getting all my stuff back was as easy as ticking couple of boxes on my online account and select a day for my items to be returned. I must say they don’t offer time slot for returns so I was lucky enough to be working from home, as weekend deliveries are quite pricey. I also had to change my return date and they immediately accomodated my request. Movers were friendly, quick and hardworking, respectful of Covid guidelines. It was a pleasure dealing with the whole team, in person via email and over the phone. Spot-on. I would highly recommend their storage services to whoever may need a reliable still affordable storage company. Thank you byStored for keeping all my stuff safe while away!!

I had roughly 30 cartons to store and some pieces of furniture. I compared Stored's service offering with other similar service providers. Despite their prices are a touch higher than competitors, it is totally worth it: (i) very proactive customer service (e.g. expect to receive an answer within few hours), (ii) pick up and delivery are on time, (iii) no waste of your time: no papers to be signed, no need to go to the warehouse to check in/out your items, etc - everything is done online. I must say, that it typically takes them 2 weeks to produce an inventory list that, combined with the restrictions during the lockdown, made quite difficult to book the delivery slot I initially wanted, but the customer service team sorted everything quite quickly. In short: forget about the other service providers, STORED IS THE FUTURE!! Special thanks to Daniela and Richard.

Stored has been amazing.. My son had to leave London due to Covid in mid March and left all of his belongings in his halls. Reiss and Daniela have been so helpful coordinating the move for us.
