Nick was great with the lead up to the day, he was clear with quote, effort required and timings to expect and was on hand for any questions prior to the day. On the day, the guys arrived shortly before the booked time and were quick to start the job - we were very impressed with how everything was packed and moved - especially our rather thin TV which we had concerns about moving! Really appreciated being shown the van too so we got to see how things were stored!
Thanks for all the help, the team made our lives far easier and stress free!

Gary and Ray from the team were so so helpful and took care when wrapping, packing and moving my items (lots of fragile wine glasses, large glass picture frames etc). I was feeling pretty stressed with the move as I had to go to two addresses in London with the contents of a 2 bed flat but they sorted everything for me; wrapped all my items perfectly, helped carefully squeeze everything into a tight storage unit and were just generally really great guys! Thank you so much for your service Van Buddies, consider this a 5 star review!!

Probably the only stress-free thing about my whole move - they were very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions beforehand (and I had many... due to a previous horrible moving experience).
The movers turned up a bit early (which was great), they were super nice, and the whole move was completed very quickly.

A. L.I can't recommend Van Buddies highly enough. The service on the phone when booking was so professional and both the men (Gary and Ray) were friendly and extremely hard-working. Everything was packed expertly and carefully in the van and then they carried it all up two flights of stairs at the other end.
