I've had a unit at Vanguard for around ten years and I cannot fault the service. Over the last few weekends I've moved into a larger unit so I can bring in some extra things. Marc and Dean have been brilliant, showing me alternative units, helping move my things between units and sorting out a very odd glitch with my access code. Before Vanguard I was with Safestore which does not compare on service or on value. Wholly recommend Vanguard. Keep up the good work. .

Arrived yesterday to rent a30sqft unit on an annual contract. The facilities are first class, immaculate with good access and excellent security. Experience with Vanguard Self Storage was excellent. Adam help me out in a very efficient way with the paperwork and any other details both when I had to bring in boxes while moving out from my previous place and when I had to vacate the storage one month later. The storage box was large enough to contain all boxes as well as a large desk and an office chair. I could also access the storage every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays. Very happy with the service provided and highly recommended.

I wanted to rent a small locker for a month while I was out of town. Comparing prices, Vanguard seemed to be the most worth it. On making contact, I found them to be extremely nice people that were able to give me exactly what I was looking for. I ended up extending my storage for 4 more months and they were extremely accomodating with payment schedules and with checkout. Marc and Pearl in particular were fantastic throughout the process. The facility is clean, spacious, and East to navigate but the was one HUGE problem. They didn't have any trolleys! A library without books out there. This is where Adam and in particular Mark helped massively. He helped carry some of my items and was so apologetic. But you know when someone is doing all that they can. If there was trolleys this would be a 5/5 review. Everything else was swift

The place is extremely convenient and all the staff are very friendly. Prices are very competitive and they don’t overcharge you for things you don’t need, security is on point and so is the cleanliness. While they don’t have some facilities offered by competitors the service provided by Adam (one of the staff) to me and my partner when we came to look at the storage is what won us over. He made it extremely welcoming and headache free and made us feel as if the staff were very supportive and make business easier for those using these units for business storage (which is definitely true!). In terms of pricing and staff and customer service you will not be disappointed you get exactly what you pay for if not more!

Customer service from Pearl was excellent on arrival and departure, friendly and professional. The only downside was initially on the website a smaller space was available to rent and when I arrived only the next size up was available to rent, which was approximately £30 more a month. It may have been better to phone ahead. They were good in that they offered to rent me a smaller space when it became available. Overall, I would recommend this storage service.

Really lovely staff and great facilities. This was my first use of storage and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was and how helpful everyone was. My only two sticking points were: The hours as I was travelling it would have been good to have 24x7 access as I would not have to rush. That said, it was great having staff cheerfully assist me when I needed which likely would not be the case with 24x7. The other sticking point was though I terminated, the system auto-generated another bill which made me rather concerned. That said, they resolved it quickly and there were no real issues. I can only recommend them.

The company did not produce the check for over 2 weeks and they would not transfer my refund money to my UK checking account. However, the staff are always polite and communicative. The building and the storage units are Very clean and secure no matter what. I was told they don't mob but thoroughly sweep each week. For 10 years, with the minimal open gaps. My stuff was not bared covered with much dust. And when I open my boxes and bags, everything was dry with no smell. I highly recommend this place.

Very helpful staff, special thanks to Steve and Pearl, who really went that extra mile when the removal company Anyvan flipped on the delivery time. Anyvan was supposed to deliver my luggages to the storage between 4-6pm, but they called me at 4 pm on the delivery day saying the job would be delayed till at least 7:00 pm. As the storage closes at 7pm, I decided to cancel their job, but this company refused my request as they said they’ve already dispatched me a replacement driver, who actually arrived at mine at 6:30pm, tbh there’s literally no point for them to turn up. They also refused to refund me. By the end of it I didn’t use Anyvan’s service at all as Vanguard staff Steve and me did all the removal work By ourselves. As I got flight early morning the following day, I really can’t afford to push the removal till next day. The storage staff, Steve, came to help me in the afternoon and drove me to The storage to move all my stuff. None of us were trained removal professionals, it was really tough work with some heavy things like desks and tons of books. When we arrived at the storage, Steve and Pearl then helped me to store all the stuff in the unit, and by the time it was finished everyone was drenched in sweat. But We just managed to get all the things done before the storage shut. I am really thankful to your help you provided an exceptional customer service and I hope all the best for your business as well :)
