Brian was very responsive right from the initial enquiry, he took the time to understand the details of our move, and talked us through the options as well as offering advice on how we could best pack and prepare. We were confident that we were dealing with someone that knew what they were doing and took pride in doing the job properly. Indeed, when we encountered a minor setback on moving day, Brian and team went straight to the plan B that had already been discussed with us, and everything went smoothly. On top of this he's a real gent, he made what can be a very stressful day almost... enjoyable! I would highly recommend Winkle to anyone.

Honestly, I can't rate Winkle Removals highly enough - they are more like 10 stars. Right from the first contact, Brian was super professional, friendly and was able to accurately gauge exactly what we required to complete our move. The quote we received was competitive and exceptionally good value considering the brilliant service provided. Brian was flexible when our moving dates had to change several times due to our house completion being delayed, and had no issues on the day of our move putting us into storage as we weren't able to get into our new property. On the day of the move itself, Brian and his team of gents were bang on time, super professional and careful with our belongings, and really organised to ensure the weight was evenly distributed between their vans. They were also exceptionally speedy, loading up our stuff in London, driving to Brighton and unloading the contents of a 3-bed flat into storage in 5.5 hours total - and all done with attention, care and a smile. Brian, we can't thank you enough for taking some of the stress out of moving date! We highly recommend you choose Winkle Removals to support with your move.

I want to thank Brian and his team for an excellent, professional service that they gave us moving from our ground-floor flat to our 3-bed semi. From first meeting Brian it was clean that he had a wealth of experience in the trade and he understood perfectly what we wanted out of our move and most importantly what we wanted looked after (the most). He turned up with a huge number of boxes, tape and wrapping materials and got everything wrapped and ready to move in a fraction of the time that we could have managed.
