I can't recommend these enough and would definitely use Bray and Son again! The office staff were friendly, efficient and let me know if they had capacity to undertake the move there and then over the phone. They had availability everytime I asked for a new date as the potential move date kept being pushed back and they were very reassuring that I was definitely in the diary and it would all go smoothly on the day! The team of 3 who actually moved us were polite, chatty, careful, hard working and reliable. We really appreciated the fantastic service and you took (some of) the stress out of moving, thank you!

1st Class teamwork at Bray & Son Removals. What an awesome team we had today, 6 men, 2 vans and 2hrs later our house was cleared and they were on their way. Plenty of laughter to make a stressful process seemless. Meeting them at the new house they were proactive with the new freezer and instinctively new where the majority of boxes needed to go. Excellent service from the staff in the office to the Guys doing the moving. I had contacted three companies for moving and to be honest Bray & Son were the most expensive. However my gut feeling was to go with them whether it be down to the Guy doing the quote or the fact I had seen them around the local area for years. Turned out to be the right decision. I didn't book Brays to do my house move, due to them being 1 of the most expensive. However the company I did book had a problem with their lorry and asked Brays to do the move for them. The service I got was excellent. All the guys, both from Brays Removals and the company I originally booked worked hard to get the lorry loaded. The next day, was a long distance move, so took 2 days, only 2 guys from Brays came up to unload. Craig and Mark, you are a credit to the company. You both worked so hard to get the lorry unloaded. If my memory is correct, it was something like 6hrs to unload. You guys were amazing.

I needed a small urgent move. After many phone calls Bray&Sons were the only company prepared to help. They realised the urgency of my situation and responded emmediately. We have used Brays 3 times in the last 18 months. Twice for us to move locally and then more recently to move some relatives back from Dorset to Maidstone. The first 2 moves were 5 star but on this most recent long distance move which was rather difficult they went way beyond what is expected and deserve more than 5 stars. Everything from the girls in the office, speaking to Simon and all the guys that helped with the move we can't thank you enough. In a very difficult situation you were amazing and calm and we certainly couldn't have done it without you all. Can't recommend this company enough, wouldn't use anyone else.
